I have been using paul for legal matters for a number of years. He always gives good advice. Paul advised that as a business we needed legally written terms if business. We had happily in business for 20 years without, so didn’t really see the point. Paul wrote our terms of business. A few weeks later we were able to use our terms of business to ensure a client understood why they needed to pay us for work they had booked and then cancelled at the last minute. We got paid and still have the client so the terms of business were worth it.
