Customer service is way beyond exceptional compared to all other providers. The service signal is still a bit weak compared to the top carriers, but has improved greatly since our last try a few years ago. We love supporting a company that loves the same values as we do, GOD, family, babies, Our Country. Thank you for doing what other carriers are afraid to do.

Just like anything that rates a good review it is not always how much you do for me that I have to request from you. It’s what you do that keeps me not needing to request help . Also, your claim to be a Christian base organization. The Christian lifestyle is the greatest way to live on this planet. The fact America is based upon it for its policies. I'm not the person at our company who chose Patriot, but I was extremely impressed when I saw noted on your invoice that you are closed on Sundays to spend time with your families, and after more than a decade with Verizon, I'm pleasantly surprised that the monthly bill is significantly lower. As always customer service was excellent. I had to activate a new iPhone and it was an easy and pleasant experience.

I enjoy knowing that my cell service is provided by a Christian, Conservative company. The service to this point has been great. The cost, also is a definite PLUS!

Service works well. I was surprised when camping and you had to stand in the right place for service that I got service and my friend didn’t. Had to let him use my phone to call for a tow truck.

The customer care was outstanding. The reps were able to answer every question, find discounts and other ways to save. Then the transfer and set-up process was explained very well. When I had trouble with one line, the tech immediately found the issue and resolved it. The service itself has been good, with a few learning-curve issues for me. I am thrilled that we switched to Patriot Mobile!
