Portable is a scam, do not order from them. I made a purchase, they charged more than what I was quoted on the purchase, which I requested they refund the overage, they did, but then after a long wait for the product they declared the package delivered, it was not. I only received a tracking for a courier called JS. The package was supposedly turned over to USPS and delivered. I requested the USPS tracking number to ask at our local post office. They provided a number, which I took to USPS. They said a package with that number it was delivered, but NOT to my address, and not in my name. They were not allowed to give me the name or address. Several emails to the company and their service center, with them saying I should ask my neighbors, and me explaining that JS must have mislabeled my package, were no longer being answered.

It’s important to call this company out. At best it is grossly inefficient. I have been waiting for the product since (apparently) it landed in Wichita on July 17. It is now August 20. Customer service is non-existent. No response after several email tries and there is no phone number. Since some people seem to receive their orders (others not at all) I would call it at least a borderline scam, if not completely. Kind of like getting your pocket picked. Ugh.

I never received my product that I ordered. They said they had sent it. Check the post office. Nothing was there. I got ripped off this company is horrible. Do not purchase from them.

I received my product yesterday!! BUT my question is WHERE IS THE ROSE QUARTZ ROLLER…mine is plastic!! I am NOT HAPPY ☹️False advertisement & I am hoping that the product inside is REALLY GENUINE CASTOR OIL 😳

The company kept me updated on shipping. And gave me contact information should I have questions. I just received my order so I can’t confirm how well the product works but so far I like the way it feels on my skin

One over a month to get product. Two. The product feels like water not real castor oil the roller bottle only thing that is nice.

Used it last night and seems to be okay 👍

The product was exactly as expected and I got shipping updates often. I definitely recommend this seller!

** BUYER BEWARE**
I made an online purchase. I authorised a bank transaction for the purchase price. They took more than the purchase price from my bank account. I immediately contacted them. They admitted fault in writing. They confirmed a refund for the unauthorised funds was on the way. I never received the refund. Now weeks later they insist they provided me with a refund but can’t show proof of the transaction. This is outright fraud.

Package has not been delivered. Payment has posted. Unable to review merchandise.

The actual mop head is small so it will take longer to clean the floors since you're cleaning smaller areas. It works good. I haven't actually mopped yet but I tried it and it grabs the cloth well.

I placed an order and tracked it regularly until it stated that it was delivered. However, I have never received the product. I've attempted to contact them several times, but no response. Ive checked with the post office and they have no record of it. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT!!!!

It works fine. I’m just wondering if it can be adjusted. There was no paperwork with it.

Arrived quickly and I am impressed with the product so far. I am 80 and live in the Sierra Neva Mountains and it is DRY, DRY so will be using this in the futureeee it looks like.

It took way too long to receive product. Just tried it today for first time. It's OK but I wouldn't purchase again. The castor oil seems very thin but goes on smooth and dries quickly.

It took forever for the product to arrive. I think it came from Portugal. It is much smaller and flimsier that I expected. I figure I will have to replace the handle which I think is light weight aluminum. The concept is awesome. And it came with a wall holder and a couple cleaning pads.

Fast communication and shipping. Priced 2 times as much as amazon. Takes a long time to come from Europe.. Item was not as shown.......
