So poor, if you have a claim go somewhere else. They have tried to back out of continuing with claims, courts told them they couldn't. They don't have the finances to take on these big claims. Useless really, complete waste of time. Next time I will use a professional.

Please see my complaint dated 1st August and Pogust (hopefully not Bogus) reply dated 6th August. For the avoidance of doubt I have received no further communication by email as promised or any other means other than a standard pre scripted acknowledgment dated 7th August promising feedback which has been non existent. I am now worried I have been duped in to a misleading advertising campaign from which there is no exit despite the initial no win no fee promises.
I tried to respond this morning but the link has expired please re-send and I will provide the reference number

I to got the same email as others. I found it intimidating, quite frankly BULLYING email.
I wished I never got involved. The only winners are the firms involved and us public are ripped of once again.
So the standard reply. Be as others. Oh we can’t possibly comment as this is a public site.
Well how about actually listening to the public and stop threatening them when we should be not expected to pay anything to either parties for this scam.

I sincerely regret the day I jumped onto the Eternal Diesel Bandwagon, it has been a constant worry that the day will come when the No Win No Fee win will end.
Recently we had an email setting out the next battle because the Ford claim as I understood it had failed but the Merecedes claim was ongoing and we were now being dragged along by that.
The initial email gave us 3 options, click to agree, do nothing and have our decision made for us or reject the proposals and possibly get off the Band Wagon with unknown consequences.
I emailed the address to enquire about the fee situation but got no response and as the deadline of 21st was approaching I took the decision to reject the proposals setting out my concerns again. To date I still haven’t received an answer or acknowledgement to my first email or second one. Very poor.
A few days later another email was received extending the deadline to the 25th but this time additional information within it spelling out what might happen regarding fees you might get charged if you declined to continue which seemed to be a bit of a coercive stunt into getting you to continue. I immediately panicked and hit the accept button this time so reluctantly back on the Band Wagon maybe.
For a Company who tells you to contact them if you have any concerns or queries and giving you a deadline and then not being in a position to answer customers queries within a set timescale is disgusting customer service.
I am in my 80’s and can well do without this hassle, the worry of this ongoing Saga is constantly at the back of my mind as at the end of the day someone possibly is going to end up paying and I prefer it not to be me.
Where the No Win No fee starts and finishes I haven’t got a clue any more.

I too received an email about an appeal and a deadline of 25/08/26. I have queried the implications this has on the original ‘no win no fee’ terms of business as the recent email is not clear at all. I too have had no response from them and the deadline date is now up. So much for getting back to people within the agreed timescales. Very disappointing.

Having put through my Mercedes claim several years ago with no issues, I have been sent text messages with the following:
We’ve sent you an important email requiring your attention by 25 August 2026.
Please check your inbox and, if you can’t see it, check your spam/junk folder.
Please review the email and follow the instructions provided.
My Diesel Claim
For months I have been emailing because I dont have any emails from you, in any folders in any of my registered email addresses. I have had zero response. No telephone number anymore to contact you, which used to be very helpful. Can someone actually get back to me or provide an email address that I will get a response to or better still an actual telephone number to talk to a human!! It's very very frustrating to be ignored.

Dieselgate. Like other correspondents I have had numerous text requests for the same information which has been sent and so called updates asking me to check my emails but can never find them in my inbox or spam/junk folders. I have sent e mails to their listed address on the net and tried their listed phone number but they are not recognised.Find it very frustrating.

I thought i was dealing with a company with huge intrgretity. But after a couple of years of updates and delays you have decided to discontinue claims. What an absolute waste of everyones time.

Fed up with this company, constantly asking for details of my cars for diesel claim so told them to forget about me and I'm still being badgered for details. Very unprofessional. This is crazy, you now want more details but no info on how to contact you. Even the phone number on Google is a wrong number, and you've given me a deadline date to get in touch, I think I'm losing my mind.

Like Mrs Bergara I too have received an e:mail which is impossible for me to make sense of. If I now pull out of the claim will Pogust try to charge me and if I stay with the claim will the terms and conditions remain the same ?.

I have my own existing mydieselclaim which I completed myself so no clue why they believe it's with them. The only thing I can see on emails when looking at the recent one is that they take it that you wanting them to pursue case if you do NOT reply to there email. This is wrong on so many levels and should not be allowed as there person should be acknowledging email and asking to carry on with case.
In light of this awful email I recently sent an enquiry asking to withdraw my claim and provide my reference number and date they believe I requested them to take my case on. Still waiting a reply.

“We have been dealing with delayed salaries for almost a month and are being completely ignored. We have already tried contacting you through every possible channel, and no one gives us any answers.
This is a complete lack of respect for the employees, who have bills, responsibilities, and families to support. We are not looking for excuses; we want a response and a solution.
Your silence only shows disregard for those who worked and deserve to be paid for their service.”

Most people don't have internet access, believe it or not. When we assist them, we realize that many of them are illiterate and lack access to technology. It's hard to imagine, but it's real. Honestly, the lawyers in Governador Valadares and the affected areas don't even care about the people who were harmed. It's difficult to get access like that.

The lack of any positioning regarding the delayed salaries has gone too far. We have already exhausted every attempt at amicable contact through the support channels, and the response is zero. We worked honestly and demand the immediate fulfillment of labor obligations. Where is the responsibility?

For nearly a month, more than 30 employees have been waiting for an official position from the company regarding my professional situation. During this period, I have sought contact several times, but so far I have not received any response or clarification.
In addition to the lack of communication, I still haven't received my last salary payment, which has caused anxiety and insecurity. As a pregnant woman, I find myself at a time that demands stability, planning, and peace of mind, especially due to the responsibilities that come with the arrival of a child.
Given this scenario, I expect the company to make a statement and take the necessary measures to regularize the situation, fulfilling its obligations and showing the respect that every worker deserves.
I believe that dialogue, transparency, and responsibility are fundamental in any professional relationship.

My claim began in February 2023, I have had 10 emails in total no telephone conversations and the claim seems to be taking forever. I think I picked the wrong company to do my diesel claim. Would not recommend this company.
