Bought4 Panels, delivery appointment were made promptly and delivered items on time by express Delivery.

PV system purchased and installed in Tosterglope
PV system purchased and installed in April 2024.
Now in mid-June 2024 there were problems with the Growatt inverter.
I contacted Powerness Support by email and received an answer the next day that they would take care of it.
The next day, I was informed that Growatt would be contacting me.
This was also the case - Grohwatt contacted me and asked for the serial number and a few photos.
Two days later, I was informed that my complaint had been accepted and that a new inverter would be sent to me.
A few days later, a new inverter arrived free of charge, was installed and works perfectly.
Powerness also sent me a return note for the old inverter and everything was fine.
