A scam

A scam.
MS business and home office NOT delivered.
ChatGPT says swisssoftware24.ch in the grey zone and states many complaints about licenses not delivered. Avoid!!!

Für den genannten Fall liegt bei uns keine Bestellung und kein Kontakt vor, und wir konnten die beschriebenen Aussagen nicht zuordnen.

Kurz nach Veröffentlichung dieser Bewertung wurden wir zudem von einer externen Firma kontaktiert, die uns gegen Bezahlung die Löschung der Rezension angeboten hat. Dieses Vorgehen haben wir selbstverständlich abgelehnt und Trustpilot gemeldet.

License Key Not Delivered Within Promised Timeframe

I purchased a license key based on the promise that delivery would occur within 5 minutes. In my case, the delivery took almost seven hours. During that time, the chatbot repeatedly provided unhelpful automated responses and no real support.

The key eventually arrived later in the evening and works as expected. However, the significant delay and the lack of effective assistance do not meet the advertised service level.

In general I had positive experience with this supplier.

It took them two weeks to respond to my initial inquiry regarding additional technical details of the anti-virus product. Still, it was sufficiently detailed which allowed me placing the order. The rest of the process, including placing the order, downloading, installation and activation went without problems. The price of the product was more attractive than in the other suppliers.
