I received prompt and excellent service at all times. The used 2019 Rolex Yachtmaster watch I purchased was beyond all expectations, with much of the original protective film still in place on the bracelet clasp, and it looked to all intents and purposes like brand new. And the price was right too. I am absolutely delighted - thanks.

I recently purchased a watch from Swiss Timepiece for my husband and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were polite, professional and incredibly helpful from the beginning. I had several enquiries and messaged them on WhatsApp quite a lot, but every question was answered promptly and patiently, making the process easy and reassuring.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Elena, who was exceptional. She was warm, attentive and genuinely lovely to deal with. Her knowledge and professionalism really stood out, and she made us feel valued as customers. We had visited another store on the same day, but Elena was one of the main reasons we chose Swiss Timepiece.

The quality and condition of the watches were noticeably better than those we saw elsewhere, while the prices remained very reasonable. We saw an older watch at another store in poor condition, priced similarly to the brand-new watches at Swiss Timepiece, which were in immaculate condition. The value for money was therefore excellent.

The watch we sourced was beautiful, and my husband is delighted with it. Thank you to Elena and the entire team for a genuinely five-star experience. We would definitely recommend Swiss Timepiece and would happily purchase from them again.

I bought a Rolex from SwissTimepieces - they were very helpful (I used what’s app) and quick to reply to my lengthy questions

I was concerned about a few things as I wasn’t able to visit their shop in person.

The watch arrived next day delivery and was exactly as described.

I also ran their terms and conditions through chat GPT and the response was that the terms were very good and went far beyond the normal expected terms.

I found the price of the watch to be very competitive.

Will certainly use them again in the future.

I dealt with Elenna towards the end of the purchase and she was excellent. Other staff members also were great - sent me more pics of the watch etc.

My watch sold and i had to wait for the cooling off Period,I was told a guaranteed Figure to expect, when I received the funds it was £150 short,so very disappointed with SwissTimepieces i phoned to complain and they wouldn't discuss my grievance and i have to email them, bureaucracy gone mad 🫣

I trusted swissTimepieces with my Rolex Submariner the process was efficient from start to finish . Keeping you informed at all times regards enquiries and the sale . If I dropped them a line at any time their response was instant as you can imagine it can be a worry entrusting shall a valuable item with strangers. Great company 5 stars in my opinion

Swisstimepieces handled the sa of my Rolex 228238 DayDate(Presidential), the sale took a little longer than they expected but it not like its a Panda or A Pepsi, and the time of year probably didn't help. However i'm 100% happy with the whole process. Regular updates and the delays were down to buyers NOT SwissTimePieces. So i'm grateful that I didn't have to deal with the buyers. Would I use again? Absolutely, Hopefully next time as a buyer as I'm keeping my Panda and Sub date, As they are regularly worn.

Sold my watch for the price it was put on for. Money received 14 days after purchase as was bought online. Brilliant.

This company is exceptional. I sold my Rolex Daydate through their consignment service recently. This watch is arguably an expensive watch, not the kind of thing that you'd expect to sell so quickly. They found a buyer within 11x days. The whole process was seamless, great comms, everything taken care of and at a great / fair price.

I have been in the watch space for 15 years and have to say this experience was head and shoulders above any other similar company you'd find in London!
