Dear Team,
the handling was new and first a little bit strange, because of the processing with a separate account.
The price seamed very high for deposit, but because it was not booked before end of the holiday it was ok to reserve this amount.
The on boarding to the account and the status-informations were always be sent and the information of closing the issue, too.
So I think it is a practicable process, instead of handling with "cash" and "payback" by check-in and leaving the camping-site.

We absolutely loved our stay which was 2 weeks. It is a spotless camp and the children loved every minute of it. They made lots of friends and had brilliant fun in the pool. Evening entertainment was fantastic and the children loved having their independence to discover the site themselves and playing pool kept them entertained too. Cycle tracks around the area are brilliant and the views are spectacular.They were 11, 12 and ,13. Thanks to all of your staff who are so friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing stay in the stunning appartment and Aline and Fabrice were excellent hosts. We will definitely be referring this accommodation to friends and family :)

My first self catering holiday in France was a great experience.

We had the most fantastic stay at Le Petite Venise in Colmar. A wonderful location, so central but very peaceful and waking up early smelling the Boulangerie baking just a street behind was amazing .
Incredibly clean and such a comfortable bed. Air con. A lovely bottle of Champagne on arrival was a lovely touch. Great to have the garage parking space too, made life so easy.

60 pages of terms to read for a deposit?
Trying to upsell a €10 fee for €100 of deposit protection.
Overall a negative experience to a campsite we've used for years. This is not in keeping with the campsite ethos we've enjoyed for years. On it's own, not enough to make us look elsewhere but certainly not something we'd choose to use again.

We enjoyed our stay in the campsite. Very clean and many activities during the day.
Campsite can make some improvements by having more English speaking employees.

The Master Card integration was failing a couple of times at the beginning. Worked after a couple of days and a new attempt.

Multiple e-mails to push for an insurance while I clearly marked that I don’t need that. Spamming from the side of Swikly. It all feels rather pushy.

Feels like crook car rental approach. Messages about taking out insurance in the event of x,y,z...pressure into paying extra. Bad vibes and has turned me off Cypsela, arriving at the chalet I was apprehensive about damage and extra vigilant ( there was a large tear in the curtain and damage to deck) I took photos and showed reception, they assured me not to worry. But again, bad vibes and felt like dealing with a cheap car hire company trying to screw people over. Also the payment method itself felt amateurish and I had to check multiple times it wasn't a scam. In my opinion it was short sighted of Sandaya to sign this deal, you may have captured revenue in the short term but you will lose repeat customers.

They said they were not going to take any deposit but they took 600 euros and never gave back.
When I raised it as a complaint, they told me I should contact the vendor. And also added: Please also note that any reply to this email or any other message regarding this matter will not be processed by Swikly.
they washed their hands while they were accomplice in what it looks like it’s a scam.

It was my first time on a Sandaya camping together with my 6 years old daughter. And we both had an amazing time at Le Col Vert!

There was plenty of entertainment and things to do. The pool, the shops, the restaurants, bars, all was pretty decent. It could be more luxurious, but I’m aware that it’s a 4 star camping and that I had the cheapest and smallest mobile home.
Therefore it was good value for money.

The only thing I would personally do differently is the booking system for padel. I brought my gear, but wasn’t able to play once because I couldn’t find 3 other players, whilst the court was mainly unused during my stay. When there was a match-maker tool in the app, comparable to Playtomic for instance, I’d definitely played once a day.

It was my birthday during my stay and the reception desk sang for me and gave me a local bottle of rose. Very sweet!

I’m already investigating my 2027 vacation, which will be a Sandaya camping again due to the perfect guest experience. Probably I would go to a different one, but that mainly is because of my ambition to discover all of France.

Perfect beautiful and clean apartment.Walking distance to all the places to visit in Rennes.

I did not like having to leave such a big deposit, especially as I had not used Swikly before and was not certain what was happening to my money. However, the money was quickly released after we left which was good

A beautiful resort with good entertainment all around. Great food and animation. Restaurant and shop were very good. We had a cabin with good AC, unfortunately no dishwasher. The shower was bad. You couldn’t use it normally without getting water everywhere because of the gaps in the door. We missed a instruction booklet. No clue what bin bag to use for what, since we are not French. The translation in the App didn’t give any more clarity as the translations were very bad.

The unit was easy to find for the taxi driver. The codes worked well for entry. We were confused for a few moments about which door was ours to access once inside the building.
The unit was beautifully presented in a wonderfull location in Seville.

The campsite was great location near the beach was fab. Swimming
Pools were lovely, can be hard to get sunloungers but it was busy.
Activities at pool were great fun.
Mobile was great and restaurant was fab too. Staff were lovely. All good really enjoyed stay.

My bank blocked Swikly and it took 2 hours to convince them to put the payment through. I also wasn't happy to pay a daily rate of insurance; plus, plus, plus!
