Honestly, for the price point I didn't think this coaching platform would be as good as it turned out to be.

The first match wasn't great, but I gave it a second chance and have been matched with a coach that helped me get the focus and goals needed to become my awesome self again.

An excellent place to start when you need clarity and understanding. The weekly tools and assessments were also helpful in getting a better idea of what I should focus on first.

Working with my career counselor has been a transformative experience. Her combination of empathy, deep industry knowledge, and practical guidance is top-tier. I am amazed at how quickly I’ve gained clarity for my next career move!

The team of professionals is highly qualified. My coach is named Susie, and she did an excellent job asking me the right questions, which gave me great clarity regarding my career. Each session offers new insights, and I always leave with a clear action plan to apply in real life. Furthermore, the platform is very easy to use. I am very happy and would recommend Strawberry.me to anyone looking for qualified professional coaches.

Angels is a great listener and has helpful insight to help solve the issue at hand. She's almost a marriage counselor with my husband, and we are a real estate team, at least working toward that goal. I met with her today in a dark space, and she helped me see the light and had suggestions that made sense.
NOW my issue is with the back-end support. I have questions about billing and emailed a few days ago, and I don't believe I have received a reply yet.

Life coaching was something I didn't know I needed until I tried it out. I appreciate Strawberry.Me for how easy the entire process was, from starting an account to scheduling and to the actual call itself. It wasn't complicated and super convenient.

Strawberry.me is currently helping me to get unstuck in my career. I was plateaued in the same role from past 5 years. The coach I work with is super open, understanding, a great listener, and super knowledgeable. I am grateful to have been paired with her during my personal and professional journey and think that everyone can benefit from having a life coach, whether you're going through a major life transition or simply wanting guidance on navigating life's ups and downs.

I would not recommend due to customer service and sales experience.

I did their quiz, was very upfront and honest. Their AI quiz matched me with an awesome coach, but had very limited availability. So I figured I’d wait.

Then I got an email “this coach is out top coach…”

Okay, I’ll give it a shot for $35 for a week “trial”.

But it wasn’t a week trial… The soonest I could book a call was 4 days out.

The coach was kind and let me know they were looking forward to meeting me in four days time and to feel free to ask any questions…

But… The sales page indicates you have chat support every day?

I was very clear I wanted daily (preferably twice a day) communications… An accountability Buddy of sorts…

So the 7 day trial turned into 3, which means 2 as you need to cancel before being charged a whole month.

I emailed customer service multiple times regarding the misleading facts of the seven day trial.

No response.

I requested a refund and to have the call canceled due to their smoke and mirrors.

No response.

So… no… I don’t recommend. Not due to the coaches, but them.

I also saw they charge people after canceling or canceling not being registered… too shady if you ask me.

I was matched perfectly with a coach who has already helped me in the first 2 sessions that’s incredible for me!

I was very hesitant to engage a career coach, but I finally recognized that I needed to enlist someone to help me meet my goals. In my first session, I was still iffy about the decision to engage someone, but after doing my assigned "homework," I gained a new appreciation for my coach and my decision to engage someone to keep me on track. The perspective that our conversations and exercises have given me about myself, my values, and both my personal and professional goals has been enlightening and has made me excited to embrace this journey.

Well, I really like my coach. I find the billing methods of this company to be predatory. They don’t do it by session. It’s by a week by week basis and they make you pay for four at a time upfront. If you were unable to make your session, it doesn’t get accounted for and it just seems to go into the next building cycle so you will end up losing your session if you have a change in your schedule or unable to make it. Some of us have a job where it makes it hard for us to schedule ahead of time and or have things come up

Amy is helping me learn more about my inner self and stay focused on actions that move me forward. I need that. She delivers. I am getting stronger! I highly recommend her as a coach and friend. .

Easy platform to use. I liked that it asked you questions and provided you with a curated list of coaches to select from. The coach I selected was fantastic.

I have so far had an amazing experience with Strawberry, and of course, I'm sure like most, I started out skeptical, but was pleasantly surprised how amazing my coach is. She asks me amazing questions and gives me work to think through my situations; honestly, so very grateful for this because I finally found what works for me.
