Strawberry matched me with a wonderful coach that has been an immense support in my career journey! The website is easy to use, transparent, and great at communicating with you.

Strawberry has created is smooth and efficient system allowing the client to evaluate the right fit for your needs and if you don't connect with a coach for any reason they provide options. The technology stack is easy to navigate and use. My coach was talented and helpful in my journey.

The platform and onboarding experience is easy. It makes you connect with a proper coach easily. I was lucky ti find a personal fit on first try with my coach.

I wasn't sure what to expect and have been pleased with the professionalism, warmth and ability for my coach (Nickquolette B.) to meet me where I'm at. She is a great source of encouragement and positivity with a push towards action and making progress.

I have been meeting with my coach Cindy almost 6 weeks now. Each session has been transformative. Her ability to keep me moving forward, hold me accountable while holding space is what I value the most. Her follow up is impeccable and the reflections really allow me to see myself more clearly. The app works seamlessly and the exercises she assigns me helps me articulate and organize my thoughts in a way that gives me confidence and clarity. The program is valuable, affordable and indispensable at this transitional and healing time in my life. Cindy C is by far one of the best coaches I have ever worked with.

I've done career coaching 1 other time a few years ago (with a different company), I understood a lot better this time what kind of support I need and connected with a Strawberry.me coach (Lilli) about a month ago. She has been fabulous, ready on day 1 to match my energy, listens and tracks with updates very well, and is staying engaged with me while all the various pieces of my work transition are playing out. I'm grateful to have the support and wisdom from a consistent thought partner, fully dedicated to my ambitions and vision. Definitely worth the investment for me, and I would recommend to others!

I came to Strawberry.me as a business owner and busy mom stuck in execution mode, holding everyone else to my word but not myself. I was paired with Coach Krystena and in our very first session she helped me see that the real shift was turning that integrity inward. Every session ends with a clear summary, a key insight, one or two doable action items, and an updated goals board I can review between calls.

She is incredibly practical. She helped me name my "shame, guilt, elapsed time" loop and gave me the mantra "I am a person that plans ahead." When I saw I was the bottleneck, she had me focus on one thing: building an AI bot to capture tasks. Now my AI bot team and fifteen minute hard stops are working really well. Instead of rigid rules my brain rebels against, she helped me plan to get ready 30 minutes earlier, and my time to leave alerts are working great. I moved journaling to the morning, and my newest tool is catching myself when I start to derail and saying, "No brain, I'm in control."

Krystena is warm, kind, and never makes homework feel like busywork. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

I recently started with my coach through Strawberry. It has been a great experience, clearly they paired me really well. I have had a few sessions and I always end with a plan and feeling that I have made improvements.

Great experience to help me feel invigorated in my next phase in life. This is a great concept for those who have made it in their career and want to shift focus or those who need guidance and feel stuck. I have a great coach and within the past 3 sessions only I feel closer to my shift in my career and not stuck for once on where to begin. Looking forward to next year and the accomplishments I know I will achieve!

I've now attended three sessions with my coach. I enjoy the accountability she offers, the depth of the exercises she can share, and her open and judgement-free demeaner. I'm still in the process so I can't say how effective the coaching has been in finding a job or transforming my professional outlook, but I can say that I was floundering before, presented with too much of a blank slate on what to do, and now I feel focused.

I was looking for a coach to walk me through a new business launch alongside my career. My initial match wasn’t a fit, and Strawberry immediately sent some new matches with all the criteria I was looking for. The second match was awesome and the coaching has been fantastic and so helpful. It is convenient and online, scheduled online, every 2 weeks so not overwhelming and a very reasonable price for coaching - highly recommend!

When I started seeing ads for Strawberry.me, I knew I was stuck in a toxic work environment and trapped in a consistent burnout cycle, but I had no idea what my other career options were, much less which of those I'd be interested in. In less than a year, my coach, Rachael, helped me discover what I might be interested in doing next and what I absolutely did not want in my next workplace. Through this work, I eventually ended up landing my dream job. I mean quite literally. We made a list of places I'd be interested in applying, I found an opening that fit the bill at the number one organization on my list, applied and interviewed with her guidance, then finally the position was offered to me. Now I get to spend most of my workdays helping women and families at a local nonprofit instead of staying stuck in the corporate world where demands just keep increasing. I still need to fully cut ties with my previous employer (it's complicated), but I know my coach will help me through it and I'm generally feeling my bandwidth and personal fulfillment increase.

From the first session, my coach made me feel comfortable to be open about my goals and struggles. I always feel that the guidance is tailored for me. My coach is a great listener and asks thoughtful questions to help me work through my challenges and keep making progress.

Chelsea is a very good coach. She is always ready, helpful and ready to offer excellent feedback and coaching.
