Hi Bogomil,
As far as I can see in our system you made a total of 5 orders of which you cancelled 2 orders and we cancelled another one because we never heard back from you.
Of the 2 orders we did send to you, only one were paid, and the other was sent to you with an invoice, which was never paid.
And you received both orders were received within 4 days, so i'm not sure, what the problem is here.

Exceptional Quality and Comfort
I have not purchased from Engelbert Strauss, but I am very happy that I have now. The quality is very high and unexpectedly impressive. I am impressed with the design, the comfort, the fabric and the packaging. Taking all of this into account, I am honestly surprised that the cost was not higher. Bravo! 👏

I sent a pair of boots to change their size and it's been 4 days and you still haven't found the package.
You move very fast in dispatching orders but the return doesn't seem to be the same.

As far as I can see on your order, our return department received the package on the 19 of august, however the problem is that it needs to be registered in our
main warehouse in Germany, which unfortunately takes a few days, as our return department bundles all packages, so you can experience some delays in that regard.
However I still hope that you will be happy with the new boots you receive.
