The battery hedgetrimmer is excellent
The battery hedgetrimmer is excellent. Service was quick, the product was well packaged and the courier delivery quick and efficient. I initially thought the 2 x 2.0 amp/hour batteries a bit minimal, but they are compact & light and the tool runds for longer than me on one charge! The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is the procedure for registering for the 5 year guarantee. I faithfuly followed the long and laborious process, including taking and uploading a photo of the tool's details plate (once I found it in its hiding place). However, the software got itself into an unrecoverable muddle over serial number (which was on the photo I'd uploaded!) and it said I should talk to the store where I bought the tool. Nice try, but this was direct from Stiga, so ....? Not the first organization to have been let down by under-performing software. Just saying ...

I ordered a leaf blower direct from Stiga. Fast delivery as was my previous experience with Stiga. The blower itself is well designed , lots of power - lasts longer than other blowers on one charge. Two batteries, each with a charge indicator, excellent docking station system for recharging. Really convenient to use. What's not to like.
