We have used Stembridge Ltd for a number of years to service of boiler. Cristie is always on time, he carries out his work cleanly and he is considerate about removing his footwear so he doesn't carry in any dirt from out side. He is a joy to have in our home. Thank you Cristie.

After being recommended Stembridge, I found the process to schedule a visit, the quote for work to be carried out and the results of the maintenance visit to service the gas boiler and heating system all to be straight-forward. Cristie notified me about his planned arrival time, parked considerately, and had his tools and vacuum ready to commence the job as discussed. He confirmed the layout of the property to know where gas mains, gas flue etc. were located and explained that water would be temporarily switched off. He then carried out the work efficiently and ensured the property was left tidy before talking through what he had done and how boiler plus heating system was performing. He took payment via a card reader, which was my preference, and said a copy of the invoice with the safety certificates would be sent via email. Very positive experience, and I would definitely book for any further maintenance work or annual service in the future.
