Excellent service
Once I managed to access the claims portal the process was very quick. I'd discovered that mobiles don't bounce and had shattered the back cover on my phone. I was offered a refurbished replacement immediately with no hassle, my phone was almost 3 years old so I thought that was a good deal. The replacement arrived 2 days later, this was only because I'd had to reschedule the next day delivery. My damaged phone was taken away and I received an email confirming receipt and closure of my claim 4 days later. I do wonder if the response would be quicker without a bank holiday weekend in between delivery and receipt.

I had a great experience with SquareTrade. The whole process was very easy, fast, and straightforward.
I filed a claim online after my iPad stopped working properly. It became unresponsive and the touchscreen completely stopped working. I sent the iPad to SquareTrade, and after they inspected it, they determined that it couldn’t be repaired. They refunded the value of the iPad through a gift card from the store where I originally purchased it.
The entire process was resolved within just 3–4 days, and definitely no more than a week. Everything was clearly explained through email, and I always knew what was happening with my claim.
I really appreciate how easy and quick the whole process was. Great customer service and a very smooth experience. Thank you, SquareTrade!
