the foundation person was too aggressive
the loan request part was fine but then they transferred me to someone from the foundation who talked on and on not making sense this was after an hour of being on the phone already. She was aggressive and was trying to sell me more things I already had enough payments and didnt want to add more to the cost, but she would not give up. I eventually had to just hang up on her.
