I am extremely grateful for all the help and support I received from Sonia Oliveira at Spergel throughout my bankruptcy process. Going through such a difficult financial situation i was feeling very lost and stressed but Sonia was there to guide me every step of the way, se was very helpful, patient, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions.
I really appreciate all the support from her and all team from Spergel, the kindness and dedication they showed through the entire process was amazing. Now I more confident about moving forward and getting a fresh financial start.

Any time i needed information it was not difficult to get. The response time were good.

The Spergel team were super helpful at every step along the way of what could have been a stressful experience. It wasn't, thanks to them. They gave me great advice and helped me know what to do. And they succeeded in helping me get out of a deep hole and have a fresh start.

They forgot to tell me there was a payment missed and I was kept in bankruptcy for an extra 2 years from the original plan.

The people who I worked with from this company were amazing! Brian and Mariya were so good at explaining to me how everything worked. Rafael was so patient as I got all my paper work together making sure I had everything I needed. Perveen was so kind during the debt counseling sessions. Not once did any of them make me feel stupid or less than. I would highly recommend this company. Together they took a big load off my shoulders. As someone who is always on top of finances it took only 2 bad years of low income to put me behind in everything. I couldn't keep up with the interest payments. Now because of Spergel I am rebuilding and looking forward to the future. Thank so much to the wonderful staff from this company.

Terrible. I was never even given the chance to complete the process. I was asked to provide many documents, some that were not legally required. It was time consuming and confusing. The upload link provided was a blank page and when I asked (twice) for a new link I never received a response. I tried another company and it was much better. Spergel=no help at all. Not recommended. Another Trustee will be more helpful and easier to work with.
