requested a refund weeks ago, kept shoving “we can offer something else” or “we can give you credits instead” and now they’re only offering 70% refund because my order was “50% complete” when it was never completed at all whatsoever? absolute scam do not buy

Bought a service

Bought a service, and they never assigned a PRO to me. Instead, they just had their AI chat bots talk over and over telling me "I am at the top of the queue". I asked for a refund numerous times, multiple chats in their app and in a long email chain to accounting. Instead, they just sit here and tell me they can give me credits or offer alternatives. This is a scam, do not waste your money on these crooks.

I had my account stolen

I had my account stolen
and it took over two hours of a hilarious battle between me and the hacker over merely 5 euros, on live chat. the support agent was either an AI or.....yeah, couldn`t provide a solution for the issue.
In the end I had to close my account, with my balance lost, it`s not about 5 euros guys, it`s about incompetence. Unbelievable

Did a order of 5m coins

Did a order of 5m coins , been days now didnt get the coins , my pro who should deliver the coins does not respond to nothing . Customar care always give the same bullshit answers . Never ever gonna buy again on this site
