My order of Adidas tobacco shoes
My order of Adidas tobacco shoes, both of the orders were delivered within two days and the shoes were in perfect condition. Although the box was a little damaged but the shoes were perfectly fine and genuine. Really appreciate the timely delivery and genuine products. Will definitely buy again and recommend to everyone.

Ella at Size? Nottingham branch was very helpful, polite & patient with me as I tried on x4 pairs of sneakers. Ella assisted me with ordering x1 pair Adidas sneakers from the website (in my size) to be delivered to the shop, then I purchased my 2nd pair New Balance and new laces. Very good retail assistant, great customer service

Awful customer service and stole my money
Be careful! I purchased 3 pairs of shoes, and returned 2 in the same package. They refunded me for 1 pair but not the other and are refusing to respond to my emails. Their phone line does not work and PayPal will not help me. Only purchase if you know you will keep the items, they scammed me of my money and their customer service is atrocious. Do not buy from the unless they are only seller available, and even then be very wary.

The Unexpected availability of the XT-6 that we were looking for.
We checked several stores for the Salomon XT-6, but none had our size in stock. Giving up, we started walking to the bus station to head home. On the way, we happened to pass by SIZE? and decided to pop in without expecting much—assuming our size would be sold out there too. To our surprise, they had multiple colourways available, including the Black Coffee/Bitter Chocolate, and plenty of sizes in stock! I ended up asking for a discount, and luckily, the Mahogany Rose/Earth Brown/Flamingo Pink colorway was 20% off (compared to just 10% elsewhere). I bought them on the spot! Maybe that’s why the store is named SIZE?—they actually have the sizes everyone is looking for. Special mention to Calum for his assistance in finding the perfect size for us. :)
