This is now the second time in a row that products I had already paid for were not delivered. Even the promised delivery by courier did not take place.
What is particularly frustrating is that each time I have to chase after my order myself – and then also chase after a refund for money that has already been paid. This is extremely time-consuming and frustrating.
Such handling of orders and payments is simply unacceptable. After two such disappointing experiences in a row, I unfortunately cannot recommend Shop Apotheke.

One of the worst website I ever came across and customer support does not even reply, I wish I could give below 1,
I cancelled an order but instead that they shipped and delivered and not returning my money and asking to come to their official store to give back the product, I cannot imagine how worst anyone can be.

Miserable Experience yet again: Call Centre
I bought a rollon that gave me skin irritation although, nothing suggested in the online-content materials list that would cause me any health issues.
I agreed to the recording of my call!
The CC-Agent is incompetent and lack empathy.
The discounts are not worth the low-quality or substandard products being sold.
I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. THERE IS REGULAR ONE ISSUE WITH EITHER A MISSING DELIVERY OR QUALITY OF PRODUCTS OR EVEN BOTH.

I ordered 50 euro biodance face masks
But they didn’t deliver and i claimed they gave us supplier contact we contacted supplier and asked them who has received them we need to see the consignee signature
They didn’t answer and again we contacted shop apotheke and they sent us a form you
That if we find you received the cargo we will make criminal claim in court so i prefered to don’t follow the case because may they bring a signature from someone else and i waste my times in the court for 50 euro to approve its not my signature so i can say shop Apotheke is not a responsible and royal partner for its customers
Ok i forget 50 euro but shame on you

Its the worse situation i ever had
Its the worse situation i ever had. I have ordered for Diabetiker Medicaments and they did not deliver even after 1 week and asked me to wait 1-2 weeks more afterwards .
Its just terrible
My order was at68816624. Never ever use it in serious cases. Terrible service, terrible customer service. No words to say... I have lost the time.
