I loved the shaving results after my first shave ! Especially the color gold for the compact 2.0 was a very good choice.
I can only recommend.

I tried. Really wanted for it to work, but it doesn’t.
I can’t get a good easy shave out of it. Feels like its ripping my skin even with new blades. I tried for a number of weeks but found I was having to go over with my old razor to finish up and this was so much easier.
Another issue is the handle has absolutely no grip, very annoying in a wet environment.

I bought the product from Amazon, and it was delivered on time. So, the store performance is ok.

The product itself ranges from a 'Meh' to a 'Hmmm' so about a 1-2. Here's why.

There are two and a half negatives.

1. The handle is steel, and very, very slippery, especially as I shave my head and face while showering, it kept slipping. They should've anticipated this and made grooves into the handle. This could lead to cuts or nicks, very negative in my opinion.

2. The shaving-head, while it is good that it flexes, there should have been an option to flex it a bit less, i.e. shaving on the head, it is hard to get the blades to touch the skin. Either the design needs to have the blades a bit towards the middle or something like that.

That being said, I can understand why the competitors like Gillette etc. rank higher and people pay more, it is the ease of changing the blade. Snap-in, and snap out. This one requires both skill and dexterity, and not something I would do between a shave or in the shower. That for me is also a huge negative.

At 120EUR, the price is steep, and the value not so much!

Love this razor. So smooth and no irritation. Best shave I’ve ever had.
