Really bad experience, we have hosting package, i try to login plesk panel, system not opening my plesk web host account. I tried get support with ticket, they said plesk panel should be open automatic. But its not opening, i shared screenshots, i tried different devices, different browsers result is same. We are not end user, really bad team, 0 quality, if you need a buy domain choose another big companies, that company providing really bad service. I Had many times false positive IP blocking, Bad User Interface like 90's? Very high prices .ch domain 22CHF :D market prices starting with 7,8 CHF.. I hope they will improve. My review -1/10

Very bad, rude and unprofessional customer service with intransparent conditions. Their business practice is highly questionable with several breaches of their obligations.
The fact that they have had their Google business account suppressed so that Google reviews are no longer visible, speaks for itself.

I had web hosting and SSL certificate from them.
They only send me a bill to pay for the next year of hosting, when the notice period to cancel has lapsed. When I asked why was I not reminded or sent the bill earlier, and why do I have to pay for an SSL certificate which is nowadays available for free, they didn’t answer my question instead they said, if I ask any further questions they will send me another bill for the effort of answering the question. And all this is written in their AGB (terms and conditions).

So basically as a customer, you cannot even ask questions over the ethics of their ‘convenient billing timing’ or why am I made to pay 46 fr. for a free SSL certificate.

As a company they can put whatever they like in their terms and conditions and have a lawyer on stand by to shut up the customer and even make the customer pay for it.

I will never work with them again. And high recommend you to look through other negative reviews as well. They all tell the same story. Stay away from these guys.

Lastly, in case you don’t know guys, there are videos on youtube explaining that you don’t need to buy SSL certificates. Just search it and you will find guidance. It’s awful that companies like Server town are still charging customers for something that should be free. I also asked them to explain what is better in their SSL certificate and got no answer.
