I would be remiss if I did not compliment Rafael Jacob who has assisted me with my utilities. We have had a few snags due to bureaucracy but he has repeatedly helped me. He is very responsive and deserves some recognition for his dedication!

Had immediate reach out via WhatsApp by Rodrigo. He promptly connected me with service agent, Rafael Jacob, and completed entire sign up process before lunch.
Can’t believe how efficient and courteous the service was. Rafael’s recommendation and strategy even saved me money.
Took a nerve wracking situation and made it enjoyable. I would definitely recommend giving them your business and letting them assist you one-on-one.
A rare above-and-beyond service.
