Extremely disappointed. The watch was faulty from the moment we received it and water got inside. I have contacted Seikomod FOUR times over several months and have received absolutely no response.

This is completely unacceptable customer service. I buy a watch from Seikomod for my boyfriend every year, so I know the products can be good — but what is the point of selling a product if you completely ignore customers when something goes wrong?

I expected at least a response or an attempt to resolve the issue. Instead, I have been ignored for months. Very disappointing and definitely not the level of customer service I expected

This is a scam site and consider you money lost. The site looks legitimate and my son fell for the scam. Even with the impression that Apple Pay can indicate trust this is a scam site. Avoid at all cost.

File a report to the Swedish police and warn others.

Giving this 2 stars as the watch at least looked nice when it got delivered. Very bad quality though with the modifications : the pinions for changing the bracelet were disfunctional (one even fell out randomly). A mod on the dial is loose. The worst part though is that their shop doesn't answer emails when I am asking for them to help fix the watch. It has been 2 months since I received the watch.
I would not recommend buying.

My dial has a error and tried to contact customer service 3 times. No response. So disappointed as they write a whole lot about warranty and safety on their website.

Bought a watch from them took a lite time to arrive but not a big deal. And when I open it to see the watch I see the bracelet is not intact correctly it was and is sitting loose. I kantakted them but no response yet

Really good quality mods, fast shipping also fast responses from owner. Only negative is that my wallet is getting skinny😂
