My experience with SAFTI agent Marilyn David was extremely disappointing.

During the sale of my property, I gradually lost confidence in the accuracy of the information I was given and in the way the transaction was managed. Communication was conducted almost entirely by text message and email, with telephone calls neither answered nor returned, making it difficult to resolve important issues.

Promises made at the beginning of the mandate were not carried out as I had understood them, and this further undermined my trust.

As a result, I withdrew my mandate and submitted a formal complaint to SAFTI. My review reflects my personal experience and is supported by written correspondence, photographs, text messages, emails, and recorded communications that I have retained.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend working with this agent.

Madame Lécuyer has been both pleasant and very professional throughout the process of us purchasing a new holiday apartment in Châtel. As Swedish citizens, it has been an invaluable source of support to be able to consult Mme Lécuyer on all manner of issues. We are very satisfied for all her help and support, and can strongly recommend Mme Lécuyer to other clients.

When selling my house I was recommended Karine by a friend who described her as very dynamic. This turned out to be an understatement!! Karine is exceptional at her job. I have never had confidence in an estate agent like I had Karine. She is extremely professional and at the same time extremely personable. I felt like we were immediately on the same page. The help and support from our agent Ann-Valerie Gerrard has been exemplary. She has guided us perfectly through the sales process and recommended an excellent notary. So important for us will poor French language skills.

Such a relief to meet Christine. She is different to all other brokers we’ve met in France. Always really fast in answering, making appointments… She provided us really quick with all the right information and we were able to buy our dream within a week!
Besides that, Christine is a very pleasant and friendly person, fluent in English, has a great network to help in so many ways!

So they contact me, i nver heard of them, but i some how answer to one of their job position… ok… but absolutely not… and yes they have information, somewhere steel or bouth… but they want Agreement! Another job seller going bankrupt and running on selling data to scammers.

I was left my parents house in France when they both passed away. Safti stepped up and help me empty, clean and fix the house before it went on the market. It all happened so quickly. I don'y know what I would have done if it wasn't for their agent. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Watched their webinar to work as their agent. At the beginning they told me that they were looking for people with English to sell property in Spain, as a result, these people showed me some kind of marketing rubbish and their presentation with productivity and non-productivity, as a result, I realized that I have to pay them money to be their agent. I'm sorry, but selling real estate is easy. you just need to know the laws, pay money for legal advice and just sell, sell. but these people say that they will teach me something? I'm sorry, but the only thing you can teach me is how to do 1990s-style power point presentations. They just stole about a few days of my time. I do not recommend working for their agency or trying to sell your property to them. These people are absolute incompetence and greed. NO REAL ESTATE AGENCY IN THE WORLD HAVE OFFERED ME TO BE THE AGENT AND THEN ASK ME TO PAY MONEY TO BE THEIR AGENT!

Saw a property in Le Champ-Saint-Père 85540 advertised on bienici.com and Ouest France immobilier by Philippe LHERMITTE, Safti’s agent and showed our interest straight away by contacting him through the Bienici website, called him twice, left him a message on his mobile and finally emailed safti.fr but nobody bothered to contact me. Very poor service and feel sorry for the sellers as I don’t think that they will get the best possible price for their property.

Suite à une annonce sur bienici.com et Ouest France immobilier d’une propriété a Le Champ-Saint-Père 85540, j’ai contacté Philippe LHERMITTE conseiller à Safti directement sur le site Bienici, je l’ai appeler deux fois sur son portable et envoyé un texto et finalement, j’ai envoyé un e-mail à safti.fr mais personne ne m’a contacté. Très mauvais service et malheureusement pour le vendeur, je crois que leur maison sera vendue à très bas prix.
