There's a wide range of various models. I could find the corresponding sw for my husband and son.

I've ordered the new navigation software 23-01, then got an email of Daniel where he asks for VIN or picture from old SD card.
Then I didn't hear anything, so I asked 26-01 for an update. Then got informed the card was shipped and it arrived 14-02.
Communication is clear, but you need patience before it arrives.
The new navigation software works perfectly fine.

Android activation for a Porsche 982 PCM 4.0
I ordered an Android activation card for my Porsche. Delivery took a while, but it arrived perfectly packaged. I had a few questions about the installation (quite complicated for an oldie like me), but Daniel from the Service Department helped me tremendously. He also responded super quickly, which was really helpful. So, a very satisfied customer, and the Android works perfectly!

I bought a CD to update my old Audi RNS-E gps system to the latest version (2020).
The cd arrived by mail after a couple of weeks and works fine.
