Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our customer service.
We have our procedures, and in your case we have asked you to send us documentation that proves your side of the story, that you were dropped off the bus with a 20 minute walk to the hotel. Unfortunately, we have not received that.
Our supplier has sent over GPS from their bus, which shows where you were dropped off, and according to Google Maps, it is a 7 minute walk from there to the hotel, which is completely within the time we estimate in the booking process.
We can therefore not offer you any compensation for this.

DO NOT BOOK TRANSFER
To book Hotel with Solfaktor was OK, BUT DO NOT BOOK TRANSFER with them. I landed 02:15 in Antalya. At 06:00 I was in my hotel. The reason? First of all, ok I was last one, but the driver stopped on the way at some kebab place at 03:30 and smoked for 30 min. When we arrived at hotel. Luckaly I had chekced pictures etc. So I told him thats wrong hotel. I showed him correct adress from my mobile and then he start to drive to correct hotel. That didnt felt professional. What if I would just go out and try to get in to this other hotel. Big MINUS for that. Its dangerous.
When it was time to fly back, no one had booked transfer back for me. So I had to call numbers and ask and check and book myself with Goldenseatravel in Turkey. Apparently they are the one which takes care of it when you book Transfer with SOLFAKTOR. My flight dept at 06:00. I saw the other guests for Copenhagen left from hotel at 01:00. Goldenseatravel told me pick up at 02:00. At 02:00 no one showed up. I strated to call same Turkey nr - no answer. I called SOLFAKTOR emergency nr, it doesnt work without some mysterious booking nr. My booking nr didnt worked. You are just listening to robot, so you cant get help from them. Finally at 02:15 driver arrived. Started to pick up people. I look at the clock 03:30 and we are running late. You know what driver does???? He stopps at some kebab place!!!!!!!!! WHY!!!!!!!! 0 points for service. Arrived in airport 04:45. Check in closes at 05:00. "15min to get by security control. Check in luggage. Then pass control." Ofc I would never make it. Airport had to open special window for us who arrived that late. Stressed like idiot, I catched my flight.
So my opinion is DO NOT BOOK transfer. Just do it yourself on the way back.

Central and near from most tourist spots in Berlin
The hotel is easy to find, very central with friendly stuff. A minute away from M46 bus going to Tauentzienstraße (where the Kadewe shopping mall is) and more famous places in Berlin. The down side is the room we slept were not cleaned good. It was dusty when we came and the next day. It was just clean as eyes can see. I moved the side table to pick up something. There I saw a lot of dust and very dirty.

Larnaca - Cactus hotel
We had a wonderful stay in Larnaca. Cactus hotel was very clean and the staff was great. Very close to the beach and the town. We would definitely go again, especially for that price!
Would also like to recommend Sunny Cycles just down the street, perfect service and its a great way to get to see all of the city in short time.

Nice but noicy
Our stay was nice, but very very noicy!!!!
Our hotel St Olavs hotel is a very nice, clean hotel with nice rooms and is nicely refurbished, BUT it is sooooo noicy -you can hear everyone move everywhere in the hotell all the time, and there is a club there so during weekends you can forget sleeping before 6am.
