Microsoft 365 is a separate subscription product from Microsoft and may come preinstalled on new devices or be activated independently by the user. This is not related to the product we provide.

We would like to clarify that it is technically not possible for us to charge customers independently or “take money” on our own. All payments in our shop are processed securely via the selected payment provider and can only be initiated by the customer during checkout.
It is very likely that the payment was attempted twice on your side (for example by clicking multiple times or retrying the payment), which can sometimes result in a duplicate authorization. In such cases, one of the transactions is usually automatically canceled or refunded by the payment provider.
