ABSOLUTELY AMAZING PILLOWS, I bought two of them for my husband and I, we had really painful necks when we'd wake up and not feeling rested, we've slept on the Soya Paris 3.0 pillows for a week now and OMGGGGGG it's like sleeping on a cloud!!! Our necks are not sore anymore when we wake up and we feel like we've slept for 24h!!! I highly recommend Soya Paris Pillows if you wanna sleep like you're in HEAVEN!!! Thank you so much Soya Paris for giving us back our nights!!!

The quality is really good, but the only negative point was the delivery time, which was exceptional, as I received an email apologizing for the delay. The overall experience was good.

Ordered pillows nothing came. They won't answer me back , I just want my money back. Don't order nothing will arrive. It's a scam

This is my worst experience I ever have by doing shopping online. Already 20 email exchange with AI, repeating again that I want to send the products back.
All that mess due to delay of the delivery. Despite my several messages explaining that if the shipping will be delay, I will not be able to keep the package. While I send message to cancel the shipping, I receive expalnation that it’s in transit and will be arrive soon- soon for them was 9 days.

I returned the pillow and pillowcases in the middle of March, paying €11 out of my own pocket for the return shipping. It is now 4 months later, and I still haven’t received my refund.

I have contacted customer support more than five times. Every single time I receive what looks like an automated AI response promising that the reimbursement will arrive “within the next few days.” It never does.

This is incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. A company should not keep a customer’s money for months after receiving the returned items. It honestly feels like the only way to recover the money would be to file a formal complaint.

A great way to lose €95. I would not recommend this company.

Be carefull with this company, it is a trap. They advertise like crazy on Instagram, stating that you can return the product if it does not fit you: this is not true! On one side, note that the pillow is extremely hard, i could not sleep with it, on the other side, when i wanted to return it, they sent me a procedure which i followed to the letter, but then refused to reimburse, pretending that they missed a document. I call it thef.

1/ The quality of support is not as showing. The pillow is hard and not smooth as showned. The shape also is not the same. The publicty is a lie.😖
2/ To buy and pay all ok. But if you want to return an item … it is impossible despite their return policy.
1/ La qualité de support et la forme ne correspondent pas à la publicité. Le coussin est bien plus dur et ne prend pas la forme d’une pièce de monnaie ☹️. Il y a clairement tromperie sur le produit.
2/ Pour acheter et payer, pas de problème. Tout se fait en un clic. Mais si un article doit être retourné, plus personne ne répond malgré leurs conditions de vente et de retour affiché.

Refund Process is very complicated and slow, making the whole experience stressful and disappointing.

Delivery was a little slow, that being said when it arrived I was pleasantly surprised, not your usual sample, it came in an elegant case which was easy to use with a great spray.

This is my 2nd purchase and I am very happy with the soya 2.0 and the soya 3.0

I finally found the perfect pillow for my back and neck pain,after spending so much on pillows. I noticed changes the very first night I used this SOYA 3.0 but I had to wait 1 week before my recommendation.

Though,improvement can still be made .

Lastly,you need work better on the delivery,it took 10days to receive.

I would give 5 stars for the product but reduced star for the slow delivery. After the second night my devices indicated clearly reduced sleeping disorders. The following nights they remained at low level. I immediately went on to purchase the pillows for my family too. Very happy with my purchase.

the pillows does what I expected. I feel in my lower back and neck that now I lay in a right line with my spine. I fall asleep faster.
