I’ve had such a great experience with SnapFig! The whole process was super easy, communication was great, and everything felt seamless from start to finish. I was really impressed with the quality and how simple everything was to use. Definitely a company I’d recommend, and I’d happily work with them again!

Snap fig have given my daughter the greatest gift. A personalised keyring of herself and her daddy. She absolutely loves them and plays with them everyday and they have withstand some brutal roleplay and are in tact. Made really well and the designs are very well made with attention to detail. Will definitely recommend as a gift option or for yourself.

I love the keychain figurine I revived, it was exactly as the picture but just a small note on color tones, I wish they had a little darker colors for skin but overall great experience and the figurine turned out great!

I ordered a figure a month ago and still have not received it. They told me it failed inspection then they told me they redid it and it would be sent out. This was about three weeks ago . Then they completely stopped communicating with me . Finally I get another email telling me that it’s being sent out because it failed inspection a second time. And once again they did not send a tracking number it’s not been sent out and I still have not received it. And in between I was getting e-mails that were saying completely different things. This is the worst company . Do not buy from them. There is no phone number. You have to hope that they answer your Email. I am currently in the process of reporting them to get my money back.

Waste of time and money. Planned to give it as a gift, but decided not to cos if the quality. The rendered image was nowhere near what arrived.

The figure was cute and so perfect! I received it in exactly 20 days from ordering which I thought was pretty fast. Have zero complaints and all praise for this company!

Do not trust this company that has no customer service. I sent in a photo of me and my wife sitting on a log. The online preview looked perfect. They emailed a final preview and we were standing, no longer sitting. I wanted to recreate the image with us sitting on a log, with rocks and sand around. I canceled the order but could not get in touch with anyone. I sent multiple emails and even tried their chat service which I only got a reply a day later. They finally got back to me via email and said they can cancel the order but production had started and their policy is to charge a 15% fee since production started. This is BS since I never approved the preview. Production should never have started. This company will take your money for their overpriced crap and you can't get in touch with anyone to dispute it.

I give them 4.5 stars because the overall service and product was very good. There were a couple of minor things. I feel they should have offered key ring options. The key ring received was okay but would not have been my first choice.

Item arrived broken. The rendering of me me from the picture I loaded looked fine. However, when the figurine arrived, it didn't resemble me at all, looked nothing like the online rendering - I fact, the figurine had a Caucasian face and I'm a carmel complexted African American male. Unfortunately, I was totally disappointed. I did complain and was sent another figurine that was supposed closely match my image. They basically sent me the same figurine as before. Total waste of money. They offered to refund me only 30% of my money back.

My dog had passed. I sent this company a photo of him..
and it is the exact replica of him that I had sent them..
It almost felt like I had him back again... Thank you for a great job.
This company is exact and fast service.... you will love the end products...!

I ordered a 3" figurine of my wife's dog that had passed away recently. It took awhile to get it, but I must say I'm impressed with the high quality of the figure... very life like and beautiful. It was a gift for my wife and she was very pleased. I can recommend SnapFig and would buy from them again.

I ordered a sculpture of my dog. Sent the picture in. They sent the picture back for confirmation. I was so happy. I then receive the sculpture and the base color they do is beige, when my dogs base color is white.
I email them back my pic, picture they confirmed and the sculpture and they have the audacity to offer me a 15% refund. Unacceptable!! And now my emails go unanswered. Bad business.

I had a wonderful experience with SnapFig! The ordering process was easy, the preview looked amazing, and the final figurine was even cuter in person. The attention to detail was incredible, especially since they recreated a special photo of my husband and me during my pregnancy.

The team was also very kind and responsive throughout the collaboration process. Our figurine accidentally got damaged after it arrived, and they were incredibly understanding and helpful.

OMG I cannot say enough wonderful things about SnapFig. The attention to detail is incredible on both my dog and cat. Looks exactly like them. I totally want to get others for all 10 of my pets. Unfortunately our pets don’t live as long as us so this is a great way to immortalize our precious furkids. Reasonable prices & quick easy ordering. You upload a photo and it’s like magic. You even see what it’s gonna look like before you pay, 5 stars! Highly recommend!

We love our figurine so much. The details are so accurate from all sides of the figurine. We did one of our kitty so we could take her along on trips easily. I love the process of uploading and being able to regenerate to the most accurate creation.
