I was a fool, i contacted them after doing some personal research and at the time, there were positive comments about the organisation on trustpilot so I stupidly went ahead. The first person I spoke to was called every day, sometimes twice a day via whatsapp to secure my money. He seemed very friendly and understanding of my concerns about handing over money so I handed over $15,000AUD. After a few weeks, I was given $1,500 as a part of my money made. So even more stupidly, I was encouraged to put more money in, another $15,000AUD. He made everything sound plausible till i requested another withdrawal and they disappeared. I forwarded my emails and Whatsapp chat history with them to charge back specialists at -“lot;us:vel” as advised. With the digital footprints left behind, we trailed my funds to an offshore account. Of course that is their safe haven and were not ready to risk getting exposed so they reimbursed me fully under compliance. I know realise their motive was never to pay me.

SCAMS!!! Never give money to Smartytrade. Smartytrade is a scam. Once you send money, you need help getting it back. All the positive reviews are not true. They pretend to be customers of SmartyTrade and write positive reviews to get people to send them more and more money. Then when you want to withdraw the money, they don't give you your money. STAY AWAY FROM SMARTYTRADE. IT IS A SCAM. THEY STEAL PEOPLE'S MONEY. MY MONEY WAS JUST STOLEN. They keep telling me to contact support. There is no support because it doesn't exist. Further investigation helped in the eventual recovery of all my funds. As I reported to Kay-brin, whose mediation of the entire dispute and legal proceedings resulted in a final resolution and refund of the entire invested amount. Please spread this to everyone to prevent these scammers from stealing money from innocent people who lose everything. I have all the evidence, if needed, to help people avoid losing their money.

I'm literally crying right now because Smartytrade completely stole my whole life savings and they refuse to give back my money after i deposited everything i had to pay for my family expenses and now i cannot even login to my account to request a withdrawal because every time i try to click the button it says error and customer support completely blocked my email address and phone number so they are total scammers and filthy thieves who belong in prison forever for ruining people like me who trusted them with hard earned cash which makes me so angry i can barely type this without screaming at my screen. They lied to me from day one promising huge gains and telling me to invest more and more until i had nothing left and now that i need my cash for rent they just ghosted me completely without any explanation at all. Do not ever trade with these criminals because u will lose every single penny u own just like i did. The only way anyone can ever get their stolen funds back from these massive frauds is by reaching out to ( FriDOsaN ) who actually helped me recover my lost deposit when nobody else would listen to my desperate situation. Smartytrade is a fake broker and a scam platform that takes your deposit and never lets u withdraw anything back to your bank account. Go get help right now if u want your stolen investment returned because Smartytrade will just keep lying to u while taking all your savings until u r left broke and broken.

I am very sure, this site is a 100% scam. I tried to sign up to open an account to trade. But it kept giving me the LOGIN. When I search for the SIGN UP link, it's not appear anywhere on the site. I cannot sign up. I cannot sign in. This site may be a copy of another website that looks like this one. Be aware. Be careful about this site.

Still waiting over 10 days for my payout. They ignored my crypto request and sent it to a cancelled card instead, telling me to just figure it out with my bank. I came across Smartytrade.com through @EvelynAppleTrader. I deposited some money and was encouraged to deposit more and more so I could get into Evelyn's coaching program. I made good profits. When it came time to withdraw my money, it simply wasn't processed. It's a huge scam.

I am fairly certain this platform is a Scam Broker/platform. Why do I say this? Well, I made a request to withdraw $1,000 from my trading account & that was on April 4th - today we are May 6th, and all I have received from the so-called Finance Team is "they are looking into it, no course of action or defining what the so-called issue actually is." The 24/7 online CS, I am sure, is AI Bot - The Platform was recently upgraded ( May 1-3rd ), but No results or joy for me - if anyone is thinking about setting up an account, I would strongly encourage them to look elsewhere.
