I have paid for the order by visa card, never got any receipt.
I have mailed to their support mail several times regarding the order they never answered.
Avoid this SCAM Company by all means.

No reply when I emailed about link not working
The product was good when it arrived (nicotine base 100ml)
But now when I tried to order again the payment link when I finally got the mail, didn't work, it led to "the page doesn't exist"
So I couldn't pay/order
Mailed back, but got no reply.
Very hard to know if I can trust them or not.

Looks more and more like a scam.
Another order with missing items (they have taken my money, but then marked some of the products as out of stock on the shipping list).
Last time I reviewed on Trustpilot I got a voucher for the value of the missing items - this time no reply from customer service, and no order update in 3 weeks+
At this stage it is not just incompetence, it is criminal. You cannot take money for goods that are not in stock, and are never delivered.
This could be such a good company, if they could just sort their sh*t out and improve their communication.

Money taken, products not delivered
**Update 2** my new order arrived, but this time 2 more things are marked as sold out and missing 🤣
**Update** today I get an SMS message with a discount code for the value of the missing things. I hope it works!
It is a shame - when it works it is good, but when it goes wrong there is no communication.
Paid for an order in early February. It took 3 weeks to arrive, but that is normal from this site. The order was for some Aspire tanks and some flavours. The flavours finally arrived, but the tanks were just marked on the packaging list as sold out. So I have paid for over 400DKK of tanks which I don't have.
I have been emailing since 21.2 to find out if I will get a refund, or if the tanks will be shipped when they are back in stock.
I have had no reply, even though I continue getting emails from the company about special offers, to review them on Trustpilot (which it looks like they never reply to anyway) or even for something that looked suspiciously like an MLM scam. Now I can even find a page on the website where Casper is promising to double your investment in only 30 days! nikotin . eu/invester-i-nikotin/
The store has some good products that are otherwise hard to buy in Danmark. I can cope with the slow delivery, but not when my money is taken and I do not receive half of my order. Now when I search a find some websites that look very similar to nikotin.eu, and I worry that they are running some kind of scam.
