I had a really positive experience with Nerdused. After the Microsoft Office 365 Pro Plus package I originally purchased stopped working unexpectedly within the first year, I contacted them for assistance. Despite the original purchase having been made under the previous company owner, they were incredibly helpful and offered me a complimentary Microsoft Office 2024 Pro Plus lifetime package as a goodwill gesture.
Jay was particularly helpful, patient and supportive, taking the time to guide me through the installation and set-up process step by step.
I'm extremely pleased with the service I received and the way my issue was handled. I would highly recommend Nerdused to anyone looking to purchase a Microsoft Office package. Excellent customer service!

Activation code comes very quickly. Had a hardware issue upon initial PC setup that confused the windows activation, NerdUsed support helped me over chat in just a few minutes and provided confirmation code that confirmed activation on the system. Service is excellent and products work.
