Nice range, great quality
The range of stuff was fun but, most importantly, it was all good quality stuff. The delivery was also prompt and well packed, which meant it arrived in prefect conditon.

They really care
So I had gotten a very beautiful mug fir my husband while we were in Norway which he broke recently. The only shop that sold it was Norwegianshop, however they did not ship to the UK. So I emailed them asking if they could make a one time exception and they did. The mug arrived quickly and very well packaged and he has used it every day since. This shop really put customer service first and im forever grateful.

This is a scam company that I would like everyone to stay away from and report to the police! I paid a LARGE sum for food and when the package arrived in Italy it was all broken and full of glass pieces and in addition there were 13 products missing that I never received! When I asked to get my money back I was blocked on the phone by the general manager, they are engaged in serious fraud and ruined our entire Christmas dinner and are cruel people who I hope end up in prison.PLEASE STAY AWAY

1. Yes, unfortunately your shipment was damaged in transit. We apologize for this, but unfortunately it can happen. We immediately offered to refund you the purchase price for the defective goods.
2. After numerous insults on your part, it is understandable that we no longer respond to your calls. However, we were available to you at any time by email.
3. We offered you several times to return your shipment and refund your money. However, you refused this several times.
4. Despite your threats and insults, we always treated you with respect and tried to offer you every possible solution.
5. You got reimbursed for the missing goods this morning.
You are, of course, free to write a review here. However, this review is not fair and you seem to be simply trying to ruin our reputation. If you were honest with yourself and others, you would have to admit that we behaved correctly. Nevertheless, we wish you all the best for your future and a Merry Christmas.

1. Ja, leider wurde deine Sendung auf dem Versandweg beschädigt. Das tut uns leid, kann aber leider mal vorkommen. Wir haben dir umgehend angeboten, dir den Kaufpreis für die defekte Ware zu erstatten.
2. Nach etlichen Beleidigungen deinerseits ist es verständlich, dass wir auf Anrufe nicht mehr reagieren. Per Mail standen wir dir aber jederzeit zur Verfügung.
3. Haben wir dir mehrfach angeboten, deine Sendung zu retournieren und dir dein Geld zu erstatten. Dies hast du jedoch mehrfach abgelehnt.
4. Sind wir trotz deiner Drohungen und Beleidigungen immer respektvoll mit dir umgegangen und haben versucht, dir jede für uns Mögliche Lösung anzubieten.
5. Hast du das Geld für die fehlenden Waren bereits heute morgen erstattet bekommen.
Dir steht es natürlich frei, hier eine Bewertung zu schreiben. Diese Bewertung hier ist allerdings nicht fair und du scheinst hier einfach nur zu versuchen, unseren Ruf zu ruinieren. Wärst du ehrlich zu dir und anderen, müsstest du zugeben, dass wir uns korrekt verhalten haben. Wir wünschen dir dennoch alles Gute für deinen weiteren Lebensweg und frohe Weihachten.
