I ordered the dog cool mat/blanker. Comes from China. Not made in Germany. Took a week or 3 to arrive. Quality is not bad but there is absolutely zero cooling effect. The blanket does not feel as warm as a fleece but it definitely does not cool. The ‘fresh’ effect last a second. Therefore only a 2nd star fir the quality but totally misses it s purpises. This is NOT a cooling mat
