We got the Dreamy Book Hall and didn't have any issues really. We had to read the lighting instructions a few times but once we realized that each wire had different lengths, it wasn't hard to figure out where each one was supposed to go. The pieces snapped cleanly for the most part and things were well labeled, with no missing parts. Most pieces fit together pretty well without needing glue, but we got the little hammer which was definitely a big help. We really enjoyed the build and we're looking forward to doing the Magic Shop next.

I purchased the Dreamy Book Hall and really did enjoy the construction experience. However, the instructions are horrible. The photographs are the only real instructions and they don't tell you in detail how things fit together. The wiring instructions for the lights are the worst! I ended up with wires where they shouldn't be, but was totally unwilling to take it all apart again to make it right. They don't really show, so I didn't want to take the time to do it. I think the pieces were not fitting properly in many cases, but perhaps I was just not getting things right. I broke some pieces because of the fit issues, but was able to make it work. I had leftover pieces that I could never even find in the book, so that made me a little nervous. The end result is fine, but I would not purchase again.

Only halfway through the dreamy book hall model but definitely not beginner friendly nor easy to understand, you have to guess and look back and forth on a lot of the instructions. I’ve definitely completed other ones with way easier instructions from different companies so I don’t think I’ll have buying from them again.

I built the Dreamy Book Hall over a period of eight days, spending three to four hours daily. Sorry to say, I strongly advise against buying. The printed instructions range from clear to absolutely impossible to understand. Images for a phone or tablet are absolutely essential, but not available. Although I followed the printed instructions carefully, there are still parts left over. Plus, wherever possible parts must be pasted and allowed to dry before proceeding. Then there are the instructions for the lighting, which are beyond atrocious.
Don’t even think about buying this. You will most certainly be unhappy if you do so.
