Extremely Disappointing Experience
Extremely Disappointing Experience – Twice in a Row
I rarely write reviews, but after placing two separate orders with N1 over the past two years, I feel compelled to share my experience.
On both occasions, my orders were either lost, cancelled, or severely delayed, with delivery being over 30 days late each time. It’s unacceptable for an online retailer to repeat the same logistical failures across years.
During the second order, I agreed to have the product resent after the original package was apparently lost. After waiting another 7 days, and sending multiple messages, I was finally told that the product was no longer in stock and that I should choose a different item. This level of mismanagement and lack of inventory transparency is frustrating and highly unprofessional.
I had hoped the first time was just a rare mistake — but clearly, these issues reflect deeper problems in customer service and order fulfillment. I can no longer recommend N1 and will not be shopping here

Your order was processed and shipped as agreed.
After the parcel was marked as lost by the courier, we offered either a reshipment or a full refund.
You opted for a reshipment, but unfortunately, by that time the item was out of stock. A full refund was then issued promptly.
At no point did we ignore your messages — we remained in contact throughout and responded as soon as updates were available.
We understand how frustrating logistics issues can be — especially when they repeat — and we’ve already implemented changes with our shipping partners to avoid future delays.

The N1 Outlet staff has been always available and very helpful in answering all sorts of questions.
The quality of goods, no matter what, Gucci shoes or a Rolex are spotless. If you are not a professional you want see a difference compared to the original.
The whole ordering process is very simple and delivery is on time.
What do I want more ?
I can strongly recommend N1 Outlet to anyone who is look for top quality at a fair price.
