Amazing product, the instructions are well explained. I can’t imagine without it now!

I recently purchased a remote start system for my 2013 Kia Optima from MyKeyPremium, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The product works great, and what really impressed me was how much this company stands behind their word and their products.

I live in Australia and drive a 2021 Kia Cerato GT (Push Button Start) with the new facelift.

I ordered the MyKeyPremium remote start kit and it took 2 weeks to arrive.

The instructions were super clear as I just watched the YouTube video walkthrough. The challenging part was removing the screws inside my car because they're kind of difficult to access.

The MyKey kit is dead easy to install, every connector is unique so it's impossible to plug anything into the wrong connector.

I did have a slight issue where the YouTube video on the store page did not match with the exact model of my Kia, and as a result, I had the DIP switch configuration wrong, causing the remote start feature to not work. My car could still start fine, so the car's general functionality was not affected. After an email to MyKey with some pictures of my setup, I got a super quick reply from Natalie who offered some troubleshooting tips; and after a couple of emails, she realised that my DIP switch settings were wrong. She emailed me a link to the correct YouTube video with the correct DIP switch settings. I adjusted my settings and my car now remotely starts from my key.

The functionality is neat. It's already useful being able to remotely start my car before sitting in the seat. It's also got another nifty feature where, if the car is off and I walk up to it, the doors will auto-unlock (whereas usually I would need to press the button on the door handle to unlock). There's a couple of other small features MyKey offers that I'm still yet to look into.

Otherwise, would highly recommend!

Customer service was extremely helpful and assisted me to install the remote starter with direct and easy to follow instructions. A big plus for me .. they answered all my questions and concerns very promptly. Elated that I contacted them ... and got my issue resolved very quickly

Works great, only hiccup was I had to request setup instructions and there wasn't a video for the install.

Recently bought one for my 2015 Sonata Sport 2.0t. Plug and play and uses original key fob. Car is nice and cool when I get in it now.

First of all, what a great product. My 2018 Genesis G90 came with everything except for remote starting and now, with the MyKey Premium box, it has that too. The price was good, but most importantly it works! The installation video was super-helpful but of course I did something wrong and had to reach out to support... but they set me straight and I got it installed in about an hour. Bonus Feature: the doors lock when I walk away from the car (as my previous car did-- and I had indeed left the G90 unlocked a couple of times because I forgot to push the button to lock it). Now I don't have to worry about that! Of course it's fantastic that MyKey Premium uses the original key fob. All in all this purchase, and the installation, and the support, and that it uses the original key fob, and that it locks the doors when I walk away-- it's all fantastic. Rarely am I so enthusiastic about a product like this. If you want to add remote starting to your car look to MyKey Premium. First-rate all the way. You will be happy.

The remote starter was super easy to install and worked perfectly in my 2019 G70 straight out of the box. Fast shipping and great customer support too!

The hardest part of the install was getting all the wires tucked away and I found velcro wraps to be quite useful for that.

MyKey works flawlessly and I highly recommend it! In fact, I'll be buying another one for my brother's 2017 G80 and a third one for my son's 2021 Camry!!

It is an unforgettable experience—but only because it is the worst, most overpriced product in history. It is absolute garbage, and I do not recommend it. It is plagued with problems: after starting your car, it triggers the warning lights and won't turn them off; the original radio stops working; and—not to mention—the car starts up whenever it feels like it, even if you haven't sent a command. I have gone out to my car several times only to find it running, while the remote control sat right there in my room. In other words, this device is a piece of junk.

Purchased a starter for a 2024 Kia Soul EX. Before installing I reached out to ask a few questions and responses were extremely quick and thorough. I followed along with the video instructions and had everything hooked up in about 15 min. Some of the connections were tricky to reach but this may vary depending on the make and model of the car. Range is limited to that of your key fob but this works exactly as advertised and is going to give me a great head start on hot/cold days. Love this thing!

The product works smoothly, and the engine starts perfectly without any issues. The quality feels premium, and the performance is excellent.

Excellent product and very easy to install. I installed it on my Kia Sorento and it worked perfectly from the first time with no issues at all. The remote start feature is very convenient and works great using the original key fob.

very helpfull for troubleshooting. i beleive i was the first person i buy a Genesis G90 kit so there was a few hiccups in the install as the documentation on the site was not updated but i reached out via email and got quick and timely responses. they helped me troubleshoot the install and everything works.

I ordered a remote start system for my 2019 Kia Forte, and the tracking showed it as “delivered,” but I never received the package.

When I checked the UPS tracking details, there was no delivery photo at all — not even proof it was delivered to my address.

I contacted customer service immediately and explained the situation. I also requested a refund since I couldn’t wait any longer — I live in Phoenix, Arizona where temperatures are over 100°, so having a working remote start system is extremely important.

Unfortunately, they refused to issue a refund and placed the responsibility on UPS, even though they chose to ship the item without requiring a signature. That decision is entirely on the company, not the customer.

Because of this, I had no choice but to file a chargeback through my credit card company.

Very disappointing experience.

I would strongly recommend caution when ordering from this company.

When my first kit arrived, I could not get it to work with my car. I called customer service and they walked me through trying to install it again. Once nothing worked, they sent me a new kit and it came in 2 days! I installed the new computer and it worked as should 👌
