Life-Changing Results with Exceptional Support
I am incredibly proud of everything I have achieved so far on my journey with Juniper. Whether it's the 15 cm reduction in my waist measurement, being able to fit back into most of my wardrobe again (and looking forward to fitting into the rest soon!), or the significant increase in my energy levels, the results have been truly life-changing.
I have not found taking the medication difficult at all. The process has been straightforward, and everything is working really well for me.
The support I receive from Juniper Germany has been exceptional. Whenever I have questions for Kristen and the team, they respond incredibly quickly and are always helpful and supportive. Their guidance has made a real difference to my experience and success so far.
Overall, I am delighted with my progress and would highly recommend Juniper to anyone considering taking the next step in improving their health and wellbeing.

While we strive for the fastest possible response times, in your case, we were able to reply to your request within 4 hours, our logistics processes are highly automated to ensure quick delivery. Once a package has entered the shipping phase at our warehouse, it is sometimes physically impossible to stop the dispatch, even with a prompt customer service response. Every patient recieves an information 5 days before order is shipped and has the chance to cancel on time.
We take your criticism seriously and are constantly working to better synchronize the communication between our support team and our fulfillment center to prevent such overlaps in the future.

They ask you to pay even thought you are not a good fit
They do a preliminary test online, then they give you the approval and ask you to pay. You provide your payment method, they changed the money and then they say that the next step is that a doctor check your online test results… afterwards the doctor says that you are NOT a good fit for the program…Why do they keep adding steps and steps, asking for personal info if since the biginning you are not a good fit? They charged me the money and now I need to wait for a reimbursement… why?

The preliminary online test helps assess whether you might be eligible, but it does not replace the medical evaluation by a licensed professional.

Comprehensive support on this journey
I joined Juniper recently but couldn’t be more impressed (and I have high expectations!).
The extras they provide via the app in the form of support videos, information and coaching is superb. I’m also grateful they included the Bluetooth scales and tape measure, or I might not have taken those measurements.
The initial assessment was thorough and very reassuring for someone on various other medications.

Honestly The Best
Honestly? This has been painless and life changing. The doctors are thorough and Juniper was quick to get a treatment plan started. I lost 14kg in 3.5 months and have kept off the weight for an additional 3 months so far. I'm so happy.
