Terrible shipping experience. This company said its my responsibility to ensure shipping is received? How when they send it?
Also, Monica stated when i demanded a refund, you cannot have a refund, this is totally illegal peptides within Europe and we have a special shipping process to avoid customs.
If i contacted my credit card company then this would initiate bank fraud protocols and customs would then come to my home because i imported the product?
I bought a product that was clearly available and Sarah confirmed they have an EU distribution depot in Denmark so how was i acting untoward?
Amazingly now they have stopped sending shipping and tracking instructions on purchases. If you get it then good luck and if not, it's your fault according to Monica?
Total sham of a service, they started off so professionally only to show their true colours in the end.

I did an order with HumanID (#CMQKVSYA) on June 19; I received an email from them on June 23 saying they had issues with the card payment gateway, and they had to cancel and refund the order in two business days; as of July 1, no refund received, no answer to my emails… and now they only accept payments for new orders in crypto (to prevent chargebacks) The Polish company’s KRS of My HumanID z.o.o. belongs to another company, and its NIP does not exist… a complete fraud; chargeback and police report on the way
100 procent scam. Ship from china, fake product with absolute zero effect. What a sad way to cheat people like that…
They lie. They say on their instagram reel they ship from Europe. In reality they are a drop shipping company that takes a 100% markeup from some unknown lab in China. It's better to source a chinese source and but directly. They do not ship from anywhere but China. Not the US not Finland and NOT Denver either. They are based in Poland and I have reported them to Urząd Rejestracji Produktów Leczniczych, Wyrobów Medycznych i Produktów Biobójczych (URPL) and Główny Inspektorat Farmaceutyczny
