The whole process was as easy as it possibly could be. Mia and Austin were great to work with and very accommodating. We feel much better that our loved one has this service with her wherever she goes

I was speaking with Carson Moore about the Holo Alert necklace, I was trying out.
I find all the alert necklaces feel heavy for me, so I wanted to return it. He told me about the bracelet that is for the same purpose.
He is sending me a return label for the necklace I tried out and sending a bracelet for me to try out.
HE WOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO SEND A RETURN LABEL IF I HAD KEPT THE SHIPPING BOX
IT IS EQUIPED WITH A RETURN IF NEEDED.
He is so percenable, and and competent, it was a real pleasure!
I would recommend this product for anyone interested.

For years i have been confined to my home in fear of falling cause i feel and broke my leg and sat for a week til someone found me at home i live alone i was scared to walk anywhere now i have my freedom back i can go where i want andwhen i want and know if something happened you are just a push away for help i am very happy that i am able to explore again like i use to

We are very excited join Holo. My mom has a unit from a different company which is restricted, she can't go out for a walk because it's only coverage is in her condo. My mom can go out to the park or go to the USA and it works! Mom is free to move and be safe!

My mom was in contact with this company and she wanted their product, so I called and wanted to sign up but no one got back to me. Not sure i WOULD trust their product to ensure my moms safety.

The representative Mr Carson Moore did an excellent presentation selling me the idea of the benefits of having one of these security gadget. It was contracted about 2 months ago. The security features were enough to make me feel very secure especially as a Senior Citizen who is prone to falling 🤔 One can be helpless without such an important and urgent option to get an urgent response in dire circumstances. I will be willing to recommend this security gadget to those around my circle who could benefit from owning one of the convenient security features for safety reasons. Great job done by Carson Moore. The monitor comes highly recommended.

Very satisfied with the features of the device and service offers, it's exactly what we were looking for to help our family members keep a closer eye on my dad who lives independently at his retirement. From my very first call to HOLO, a lovely woman, Mia, guided me through the process. My eqipment was on its way right after our first call. We had a small problem after it arrived as we made a trial call and it didn't work as it should. It turned out the problem was with the connection and it required rebooting. Yesterday it worked perfectly and I believe it will be a valuable asset to me.

I am grateful to have this device and appreciate your work to access a grant for me to do so. I had been experiencing falls and vertigo; which was helped greatly with physiotherapy and exercises; but I was struck with the knowledge that if I fell on a walk or in the garden while working I could be at the mercy of strangers, or lying for quite a period until discovery. This device is a godsend and your agency has been wonderful in instructing me on it's use and activation. Represent you marvelously. Thank you so much.
