I purchased a 6 in 1 cavitation machine from myChway and I absolutely love it - I love that it's available for home use but I've seen multiple med spas and plastic surgeon offices also carrying this same line. I had a little issue with the machine and contacted customer service. They were very communicative, answered quickly, and took care of my issue fast. So not only do they have an amazing product but they stand behind it and ensure their customers are happy. I would absolutely purchase from them again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality cavitation machine.

Great machine and excellent customer service! I had a small issue with the hydradermabrasion handpiece, and they resolved it very quickly by sending me a replacement. They were very helpful, responsive, and kind throughout the process. The 6-in-1 machine is working great, and I’m very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend!

I've been using the Aristorm S Shape 30k machine for a few months now. So far I have had excellent results. I can definitely see fat reduction in my upper arms, thighs and upper belly. You need to be both consistent and committed to get the results you want. I've been using the set programs twice a week. I totally recommend mychyway. The customer service and technical team are exceptional. I have not been paid by the company to test the machine. I decided to buy from mychyway after doing research both online and on YouTube. I'm very happy I invested in my machine.

Product had malfunction. Couldn't get a functioning replacement but they were kind to refund me.overall, great customer service

My experience was excellent. I was a little hesitant in ordering from them, but the whole experience was great. One of the cables of the machine I ordered came damaged, and I contacted the customer service and they sent the replacement. They have an excellent customer service.

They are a great company always on point with their customer service Djily had one of the wires came had a little defect as soon as I told them, they solve the problem and sent me a new one on top of that was super helpful with setting up the machine with the videos And explanation

This machine is worth the money. I definitely would recommend this to my friends and family. Note* this is not AI and I would recommend anyone looking to get arid of the stubborn fat cells to try Laser Lipo for themselves.

This place is a scam I waited for weeks bull shit email after another, from day 1 my order didn't show in my cart. They just kept telling me it's going through an important process . I am livid $400 on 5-1 machine I have been so excited to get. Order from Amazon or anywhere you are sure is safe. A time like this and people do this.

I received my machine fairly quickly and had a problem with the vacuum. I emailed the company and we troubleshooted a few times and it still didn’t work. They promptly sent me a new vacuum no issues no problems. Very quick with responding. Excellent customer service!!

I just set up the machine last night- I have done CoolSculping in the past and the quality of this unit was right up there- actually is seems more reliable as far as the suction- the CoolSculpting machine I used in the salon was not consistent - and seemed like you had to do a lot of work to keep it attached or you had to start all over- this machine seemed secure the whole time without extra contraptions and straps to keep it in place. I need a month to work with it but it seems very well made. the video helped a lot. and the customer service - which i was worried about is awesome!

Right after the order was placed, the customer service rep was sending emails with updates regarding the order and shipping. Order arrived in the time frame they mentioned 5business days....the machine is what I was expected and it is a high quality. Frankly, at the begining I was skeptical about the machine, it it would be shipped, if it would work and be as advertised....but I am very happy how everything went, and especially that I have already started my Loosing Weight and body toning program.

Literally the best machines I have. The results are brilliant and instant. Customer service is good better than my expensive machines. I only buy from here now on, so glad I found you so happy.

I purchased the laser lipo and cavitation machine and I also purchased just a laser lipo. Both came quickly.
They are both easy to use and seem like sturdy machines.
