Good selection, clear descriptions, relatively easy booking process. Everything went well and smoothly.

Nice setup which is safe for both parties involved. Chat function could be better since tou have to make sure to scroll ALL the way down to see "write message". I personally like the notifications on upcoming due dates on payments and check in times.

The website is well designed to search and book campervans and motorhomes from private hosts. You don’t need to create a new account by using e.g. Facebook credentials. The accidental insurance is included but they do not specify that cash is required for contents insurance, which is a catch. The website takes care of the driver verification and provides good check-in and check-out service.

We rented a camper in the summer 2026 for a week. The camper and host were perfect however we had an unexpected tire blow out. Although my camper were very supportive our experience with Omocom was terrible. A certain individual was rude, insincere and downright obnoxious. Totally unprofessional dialogue and we felt totally abandoned and unsupported during this crisis. My camper, your insurance company is giving you a very bad image unfortunately

Great experience. Amazing car (WV Grand California 2023). Veronica, the owner, was very kind and helpful. Every time we sent her questions, she replied immediately. The platform was also great. There were no hidden costs. Everything was clear in the vehicle's description as well as the rental terms.

We rented a campervan a few days without hustle. Great communication via chat and very easy to use.

Be sure to read the insurance info in order to avoid high deductible in case of any damage.

This was my first time using this website and I am totally satisfied.
The research was easy and clear. Then, once I booked the motorhome all procedures were simple and smooth. The communication with the motorhome's owner was easy and fast. Check-in and check-out procedures were simple and allowed the customer to check everything declared by the owner.
I definitely recommend this website!

The process of renting the camper is well structured. There is a check-in and check-out procedure. Everything went as planned.

The website is easy to use and allowed us to find the perfect campervan for our holiday in Norway. There were several options and it was particularly convenient to know how far the vehicles were from Oslo.

In general our experience was very positive. Good communication, everything went smoothly, also the way the owner and the renter of the camper work together via the website works very well. Gives confidence and security for both parties. The camper owner replied to every message quickly, the check-in and check-out phases were smooth, no problems at all with the platform, the owner or the vehicle.
From my side, highly recommended.

**Very disappointing customer service when something goes wrong**

My experience with MyCamper was unfortunately very disappointing, particularly in the way they handled a dispute after our rental.

After checkout, the owner claimed that we had caused damage to the vehicle, which we strongly disputed. I expected MyCamper, as the platform and intermediary, to handle the situation carefully and objectively and to make sure that any claim was supported by appropriate evidence.

Instead, the process felt surprisingly superficial. The evidence initially provided consisted essentially of generic pictures of the alleged damage. There was no clear indication of when the pictures had been taken or evidence establishing that the damage had occurred during our rental. I repeatedly had to ask customer service myself to request clearer documentation and additional information from the owner.

Communication was also extremely slow. At several points I felt that I was simply waiting for answers while deadlines and payment requests were still hanging over me. This made an already stressful situation considerably worse.

What disappointed me most was the feeling that MyCamper was acting mainly as a messenger between the two parties rather than actively helping to establish what had happened. When a platform facilitates rentals between private individuals, I believe one of its most important roles is precisely to provide a fair and reliable process when there is a disagreement.

I understand that MyCamper cannot automatically know which party is right in a dispute. However, I do expect them to ask basic questions, critically assess the documentation provided by both sides, and require reasonable evidence before accepting a damage claim.

Unfortunately, I did not feel adequately protected or supported as a customer. Based on how this dispute was handled, I would be very hesitant to use MyCamper again.

It was a nice experience. Both the booking and the actual travel experience worked without problems. Can highly recommend!
