I only got one item ,a hand chain saw .All the reviews I see talk about items,plural,. The add said it was going to be worth 60.00 dollars minimum.I guess I got screwed.You are losing a customer today and forever.

I was glad this wasn't another scam.. I received my tacpro box in great time it was only 2 days in getting it. It had a survival saw in it.. I have been wanting one of these and it was peefect.. Deer season is less than 30 days away.. I excited to go try it..

The items seem to be of good quality and they arrived in a timely manner. The only issue is that I did receive one of the items, granted was a free item which I was looking forward to. I have been in contact with them and they responded within a day. I have responded back and just waiting for a response/solution. Otherwise all good

Everything about my tactical promos is great. You get to discover products you didn’t even know you wanted, or needed. They have so many promotions that you only pay for shipping and handling. They also have so many other deals at discounted products. The more you order of the same thing, the more discounts you get. Love it!!

I have actually been ordering a lot of different promo items from them and I haven't had any issues at all with the merchandise that I received.

Wasn't sure what to expect but the gear I've gotten is pretty cool, I've tested most of it and it all seems to work as needed, id say its worth it.

The shipping was super fast and have alot of good tools to choose from...

Great web design. Photos and script. However there is a lot to navigate through. Possibly a breakdown of individual items versus packaged deals. Items shipped on a timely basis.
Yes, the items may be free, but the shipping costs are a little excessive. I received 2 flashlights as mystery gifts. I little disappointing that you can’t track your customer’s orders and prevent duplication.
Timely response to an email to customer support.

The products I received are good quality and useful. I never received the same thing twice.

The sent me double items I ordered 1 slingshot and beads and a headlight and I got double of everything this has happened twice I'm not complaining though it's nice stuff , I got to give all the extra items to my dad he loved it

Actually I didn't think I placed the order. If I did it was accidental. When I wrote and told them they immediately refunded my charge and said I could keep the knife.
This is going above and beyond most sellers.

I received the 15$ box. Stuff seems pretty good quality, I wouldn’t have purchased any of the items, but who knows I may use all of them.

I reall do like your company and I think I have been a good customer. However my last order was supposed to include a headlamp but it was missing. I am hoping you will fix this right away.

Hello, I did receive my order, I haven't really looked everything over yet. However I received a small flashlight, not a headlight. I don't really understand about the free items you mentioned. I'm planning on giving two of these items to my boys for Christmas.

Then I found Tactical Promotions. My emergency backpack is full and ready to go. We purchased two of each item so my husband and I have one in each of our cars. All items are of high quality and easy to use. No complaints! Just joy at finding such a responsive company that knows what I need. Thank you!

the products would be considered junk by TEMU's standards not to mention miss leading discriptions of items. Two boxes and a headlamp, turns out to be a box with a junk knife and a box with a junk flashlight and a junk key chain light. It all went right in the trash, my lesson has been learned.

I contacted customer service and they were right on my issue and corrected it right away .you couldn't ask for any better costumer service than my tactical promos .these guy's are awesome that's why I tell my buddies about them and they now order tac gear from them .a man couldn't ask for any better .keep up the great 5 star service

Every issue I have had has been handled with speed to my request. I love their products and buy them mostly for friends and relatives. All have been received with joy and appreciation.
