Chicken is perfect, but the delivery guy didn't ring the doorbell and instead left the meat in the lobby of my apartment building. If you guys didn't confirm delivery 15min prior, the package would either have been stolen or cooked in the heat.

Some frustrating delivery problems, but taken care of in the end
Terrible service. My boyfriend and I ordered 6kg of chicken and the delivery service didn’t contact us and kept delaying the package. Then we talked with the AI service and were basically sent in circles, the company itself doesn’t take responsibility for the delivery service and it’s impossible to get a human representative. In the end they delivered the chicken in the hallway where it defrosted. Horrible communication between both the company and the delivery service. Waste of time and energy.
Update: Although not being able to get a hold of customer service was frustrating for the two days the package kept being delayed. In the end we emailed again asking for a refund. This was arranged immediately, so all in all it ended on a positive note!

Wish I had discovered this shop earlier
I’ve been living in Amsterdam for 3 years now and always went to the supermarket or the butcher’s for chicken. The quality was often hit and miss in the netherlands.
My girlfriend and I decided to try this Mr Fillet and we’re both honestly blown away by the quality of the service and the chicken. The price is basically unbeatable for what you get and it gets delivered to your door the next day. It’s always nicely packaged with extra freezer bags. Ordering in bulk has also been a time saver for us.
We’ve completely stopped buying our meat from Albert Heijn and Vomar. This shop actually gave us a reality check on how terrible the quality and price is in the supermarkets.
Really pleased with every single package we get, always feels like Christmas and we’re likely to be loyal customers for a long time!!

Ordering from them for the last 3 years, and since May that year their delivery option is not existing.
I am currently in the situation where 3 orders in a row WERE NOT delivered - every time canceled in the end.

Bad delivery service
I love their service, but delivery should be improved. It happened 3 time that the delivery is planned at 22:30, I even receive an SMS saying that the delivery guy is close to me, but yet, the package arrives the day after. It's annoying that I have to be up until late in the evening, and then I don't even receive the order.

The chicken is high quality. My husband has a very strict diet and consequently has to weigh the meat both fresh and cooked. It's noticeable that the meat has a lower water content compared to meat from other supermarkets, which allows for better utilization of the product.
