Misleading subscription screen
I paid €1.95 to edit one PDF. Seven days later, €49.95 was taken for a subscription I never knowingly intended to start.
The payment screen prominently shows €1.95 as the “Total”, while the €49.95 recurring charge is hidden in small grey text on a separate background. It feels deliberately designed for conversion at the expense of clarity, so people overlook what they are actually agreeing to.
No reminder before the charge, and I never used the service again. This is not transparent subscription design. It feels like intentional misdirection.
