I have been thinking about writing my life story for a long time , even my late father was always promoting me to write down the memories. I always put it off as I was little apprehensive about how to start, until I came across Meminto on google-ads. I contacted Albert and he's been very helpful, sending me information about writing my own book . I am now totally convinced that this is the right way to go ahead, so I go ahead and purchase it,and get on with the process to writing my own book, I am very excited, although a little nervous, but it's important to take the plunge now before the memories are lost.

Our wedding messages look amazing in one place now, and the ai polish kept things real and not too formal. I would add a gentle hint about QR codes for videos near the media section. I only realized it later and its a cool touch, Still a big win for us.

I taught it will be too techy for my parents. It wasn't. They enjoyed it. The book is their favorite thing to show to guests.

I was facing a number of technical issues trying to produce a book. I contacted Albert on the chatbox and he was helpful but I initially thought he was a bot(like you do 🤣) But as my problem persisted, he personally took out the time by video and emails to resolve my issue. I've never had experienced customer to this level before. Brilliant! He finally helped me resolve my issues and I was able to order my book. Thankyou so much Albert! Totally recommend Meminto stories for your personalised books!

Could not use the product. It was a gift and I did delay in responding to it but Albert worked to get a partial refund on my daughter's purchase. It was a fair solution.
I appreciate his efforts to fix the situation. He was quick and was very transparent through the process.
