You get your package missing the return…
You get your package missing the return information and then you have to haunt the company to send you instructions. Even the instructions found at their website are very confusing.

It’s very difficult to get in touch…
It’s very difficult to get in touch with the firm because no telephone numbers are provided.
You are forced to send an e mail and it’s almost 48-72 hours before you get a half reply and this is very frustrating especially when you have made mistakes in orders placed.
