My order from Mello was processed quickly and efficiently. Sadly the courier, DPD, failed to deliver on the first day promised and then again on the second. Mello were quick to help and made sure the delivery was made and followed up to check that I was happy. Exceptional service. The product itself is good quality and has made my very firm mattress much more comfortable.

Uncomfortable and unable to return
I felt like I was sinking into my mattress which caused hip pain and disturbed my sleep. I tried to exchange my mattress topper for a different one but was told I had to package it up into a box which was impossible to do due to the size of the mattress topper. I feel very disappointed that returns are offered but are almost impossible to execute.
