Ordered a new battery but had to return it (no fault of theirs). Made a refund request, someone came to pick it up the next day and refund hit my account a few days later. No problems at all! The delivery was extremely quick too.

The have the worset customer service ever !
after 5 workdays and when i sended a message to make a refund (because the status of my shippment still in the warehouse !) they make a order to the shipment company (Airmee) to guarante that i will not consist in refund (because i will lose the shipment money) and they still not sending the item !!!!
* The worset thing in my experiance that they have a telefonnummber to custemer service but the dont answer on it ! just a dum bot in the telefon & chat the only way to contact with them is to send a message and wait a few days to recicve an answer !!!!!

They returned my money back.

And they paid me back my money. So I am happy with their flexibility with deadline. (I didn't open the nylon package, so it was intact). I am surprised their rating is so low. I believe they deserve a better rating.

Terrible customer service.

They have a customer support phone number, which is forwarded to another number, which in turn has an automated voice to use the support.mekster.se mail service...
Avoid at all cost. Only reason for 2 stars was because the delivered items were in good condition.
