The worst MRT service ever received. 48h after my MRT no email, no pictures and of coure no results. Every MRT I have done in Berlin I got the image within 15'. I had to wait more than 1h. I came 15' before my appointment so I had plenty of time to be attended by the nurse. After that I was waiting for 1h. The nurse told me that I was the next and still 2 more patients came ahead of me.

Had CT scan at Stoke Mandevile.
I was greeted warmly and looked after by three very nice Yorkshire lasses.
The whole procedure was very slick and took no time at all.

Avoid like the plague.

Used this provider a couple of years ago and had a good experience. Contacted them about another scan and spoke to Denise who assured me all my requirements could be accommodated as per last time.

Only because of the assurances, did I pay for a referral, which I duly emailed them with my preferred dates and an indication of when I required the results.

After a week, no response, so I chased and was told my scan was being "protocolled" whatever that means.
Meanwhile I was setting up a consult with a neurosurgeon on the basis i would have the scan in time.
But still no response from Medneo so had to chase again.
Couple of days later I received a glib email from someone saying they could nor carry out the scan due to a change in policy.

No further explanation provided. Naturally I was livid at these uproffessional time-wasters so called to give them a piece of my mind.

The person on the other end was not a native English speaker and did not understand what the word COMPLAINT meant. She was disrespectful and patronising by calling me "My Lovely".

I don't know what has gone wrong, but it is sad to see a once good business descend into the depths of unprofessionalism.
