Not good at all - doubtful medication validity and bad support
Not good at all. Medication did not arrive chilled (bags melted, everything wet and not cold),support is just an AI bot and human support takes up to two days to reply. I asked for confirmation if the product is still safe and got false/different information than I got from the producer.
Ordered 2 weeks ago and now still waiting around support every few hours/days to get a substitute and start procedure.

Damaged Mounjaro delivery
Damaged Mounjaro delivery – cooling pack leaked
Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with my first order from MedExpress.
There were already issues after dispatch because the tracking link provided did not work properly. As my order contained Mounjaro and the parcel had been in transit for several days, I was already concerned about whether the medication would remain properly refrigerated.
When the parcel finally arrived, the condition of the packaging was extremely poor. The cardboard box was heavily crushed, dented and damaged on several sides.
Even more concerning, the cooling pack inside had torn open and leaked its contents inside the parcel.
For an expensive medication that requires temperature-controlled shipping, I expect packaging that is capable of adequately protecting both the medication and the cooling materials during transport. Given the condition in which this parcel arrived, I have serious concerns about whether the required temperature was maintained throughout delivery.
For a medication order of this value, this is simply not acceptable.

Dear Stuart,
I apologise for contacting you directly as a regular retail customer, but I would like to draw your attention to a delivery failure in your German operations which may be of interest to you.
As you know, the medicine Mounjaro, which you distribute, requires a weekly dose. Having run out of Mounjaro last week and with my next dose due today (13 August), I placed an order on 28 July for a new pack of four injections. More than two weeks later, the parcel has still not arrived, and no one in your organisation has been able to provide a tracking number or respond to my emails. This is the second time I have experienced a delivery delay, which is why I ordered two weeks in advance to avoid running out of my medication.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that my medication is delivered as soon as possible.

In general registration and ordering…
In general registration and ordering process was smooth and trustworthy. I was informed good about possible side effects and had contact data if needed to. My biggest disappointment was the delivery process, because the box didn't arrive cooled. it was in the cool box , but it was already warm, ice pads were water and the deliverer didn't know it had to be cooled and even told we don't have cool place in this delivery truck. It was obvious that medicine was with him all day and he was not warned to make a quick or priority delivery due to cooling. I was seriously concerned that the medicine was definitely over 8 degrees ! I will reconsider to order from you website next time. I only finished one week and I will check other web sites if delivery can eb more serious and secure.

They loose your information! Bad first time customer experience.
I placed my first order with them, and DHL notified me that they could not deliver because the pharmacy did not write my last name on the package. When I called Customer Service, they said they didn't have my full name, which left me speechless since I had to fill out my full medical record and submit my ID. I do not know how much more information I could have submitted to then tell me that the package was returned to sender because of a missing name. I mean, they have one job, and that is mailing medication, and they can't do the simple task of adding a last name to the package and then ask me for my full information after I just submitted it all. Makes me wonder what type of business this is that is losing customer information and how safe my information actually is with them.
